Having opened action by introductory speech, director of musical school Teymur Geychayev has congratulated participants of the holiday Novruz and has expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Education for the organization of a similar concert. He said that the students of the musical school were prepared for this concert with the big responsibility and interest. At the concert, along with the students of the music school, demonstrated musical numbers performed by the children enrolled and educated in State children's homes.

Having greeted participants of the summit, Minister of Education has in detail informed attendees on an education system, about the planned objectives and about the main tasks of spent reforms. Having emphasized, that the education system of the country passes the way of progress based on traditions, generated during long years, minister has noted continuous character of the reforms appropriating modern requirements. He has noted, that modern education reforms are connected not only with technologies or with a content, but also cover all directions, including questions of progress of human resources. In opinion of minister, “The State Strategy for the development of education in the Republic of Azerbaijan” covers the basic directions of spent reforms, a professional training in view of modern requirements, governance, an infrastructure, financing and perfection of other areas. The minister has expressed confidence, that paces of reform in education area depend on readiness of a society for variations. Stressing the importance of cooperation between business and education, the minister noted that the review of the education system in accordance with the goals and objectives of the national economy is one of the important conditions. "Our goal is to provide labour market with high-quality personnel. We, in accordance with the realities of Azerbaijan, using best practices and taking into account that sustainable economic development requires a solid foundation based on human resources." The Minister of Education also spoke about priorities of progress of the initial vocational education & training which is playing a major part, from the point of view of satisfaction of demand of economy in qualified personnel. The great value has achievement of progress of initial vocational training in Azerbaijan. “Now the economy of Azerbaijan sharply requires the staff with vocational and technical education. For increase of a level of initial vocational training we plan use of experience of a number of countries.” The Minister has emphasized the importance of cooperation in area of higher education with the prestigious universities which are being abroad. “As a good example, you can highlight the lessons learned in this regard, the experience of university ADA and their cooperation with prestigious institutions of higher education.” Then the minister has answered questions of participants of the summit, has stated the position on their interesting questions.

On action it has been noted, that in accordance with the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev, at support of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, since 2011 at school-lyceum №6 it is applied International Baccalaureate Program (IBP). Within the limits of IBP training is divided into 3 stages (a PYP-elementary education, MYP-5-9 classes, the DP- diploma program, X-X classes). Students of classes XI of the school-lyceum №6, being the first state educational institution where takes root IBP, receiving diplomas this year based on international assessment, would be eligible for admission to prestigious universities in the world. In an educational institution, within the limits of IBP, also work teachers from the different countries. School-lyceum – is  member of the Association of schools IBP across the CIS countries. In accordance with the “ State Strategy for the Development of Education in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, in the state schools on a paid basis can be implemented the international training. This, in turn, gives us the opportunity to say that in spite of the fact that school-lyceum No. 6 is a public school, it also has the status of an international schools (International School). Diplomas of the IBP, created in Switzerland in 1968, is now recognized by more than 130 countries and 2500 universities (Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Yale and other universities). The advantage of this program is that each step of the IBP (PYP, MYP and DP) may be used separately. Carrying out of training on IBP in English, opportunities for collaboration and communication students from all countries. In addition to English language, IBP is taught and in the French, German, Chinese and Russian languages. The teachers working within the limits of IBP, every three year, are involved in the training programs for improvement of professional skills. And in the respective schools monitoring is conducted every five years.

During the visit, representatives of the media in Salyan and the adjacent areas, held a meeting with the honored teacher with 65 years of teaching experience, Imamverdi Abilov. His optimistic thoughts and views of the future of education system in Azerbaijan, were met with interest. Imamverdi Abilov told about his memories of the most famous representatives of Azerbaijan intellectuals who lived and created in the last century, has shown journalists the unusual library. Here found their place dozens of books with autographs, memorable words of famous writers, scientists, statesmen of Azerbaijan and some other countries, addressed to Imamverdi Abilov. A person living in one of the smallest districts of Azerbaijan, known not only in the Republic, but also in the former Soviet Union, Europe, appreciates his thoughts, appreciate his ideas, visit personally to meet. Imamverdi muallim, having told about a meeting in 1954 with national writer Samed Vurgun, about that Samed Vurgun exactly in this room has written poems, noted with satisfaction that he has been constantly visited by representatives of the older generation, young people and ordinary people. It is much written about Imamverdi Abilov in periodicals and, books, many television channels showing series dedicated to the 65-th anniversary of his pedagogical activities. But, to sit face to face with the 87-years aged teacher, to listen to its memoirs on the people familiar to us under historical and literary books, to consider books, each of which can be considered as a museum piece, photos from its library is absolutely other sensation. The more you look, the more surprised - it is interesting what force pulled great historical figures of the country in this small area, in this simple house? But, listening somewhere sad, somewhere stated with the pride, interesting stories and memories of Imamverdi Abilov you find the answer to the question - for dialogue with such person it is necessary to go not only to Neftechala, but also in any remote corner of the world. Imamverdi Abilov was born 87 years ago, in 1927 in village Goltuk of area Neftchalinskogo. Early lost the father, Imamverdi Abilov has grown under trusteeship of his uncle. Small Imamverdi, whose childhood has passed in military years, has ended 7-years education in village and to 16 years has gone to work on a fishing factory. But, despite of it, he has not lost interest to a science, the literature, not tossed the desire to study. Through hard work, in year 1946 he successfully graduated from the Pedagogical Technical School in Buzovna. Differing in the literacy, capabilities, Imamverdi muallim also accepted hot participation in socially political life of area Neftchala. Worked on such positions, as the secretary of Regional Committee of Komsomol, the department head of propagation, and second secretary of the Neftchala Regional Committee of the Party. He was a delegate to the meeting held in Moscow in 1988, the Soviet Union Congress of Educators, and to 1989 year – at the constituent assembly of pedagogical communities. In 1985, is awarded premiums “Excellence in Education of the USSR" and in 1990 graduated from the all-Union pedagogical Krupskaya prize. Along with political activism, Imamverdi Abilov was engaged in a literary - artistic creation. His first poem has been printed in 1944 year in the newspaper "Bolshevik". This poem has appreciated Samed Vurgun. But Imamverdi muallim became known more for his literary works, periodicals with scientific, literary and critical articles, comments on the literary events and trends. In 1960 year published his first book, dedicated to Rasul Rza. Literary scholars appreciate this piece as a fundamental source of Rasul Rza. In the same year, Imamverdi Abilov has been awarded the honoured title "Leading Figure of the Enlightenment". We shall note, that some examples from its publicist works are published in the manual “Family”. Since 50th years of the last century, Imamverdi muallim takes effect in the literary world for his research works. The young writer one after another writes monumental works, research papers on traditions and innovation, about search of the poetic form, about possibilities of an epic genre, the children's literature, on types of lyrical works, scientific works on the literature and on educational subject matters, about work of all known representatives of the Azerbaijani literature. He is the author of books such as "Rasul Rza", "Travel to our sincere world," "In the light of memories," "From the remote past to the distant future", "creative way of Rasul Rza", " Shrine of martyrs, the prayer of mercy", "Centuries…Generations... Acts", "Dignity of elders", "'From sunset until dawn of life", "Between the era and time", "Serving the people is a bridge to the people's love", "Miracle of nature and thinking, "Life of Aksakal" and many others. Samed Vurgun, Suleyman Ragimov, Ismail Shykhly, Firudin Kecharli, Aziz Djafarzade, to the Gulu Halilov, Nodar Dombadze, Ziya Bunyadov, Anar Elchin, Bekir Nabiyev, Yashar Karayev, Abdulyatif Benderogly, Masud Alioglu, Osman Sarivelli, Aliaga Kerchayli, Halil Rza, Khudu Mamedov and other people of culture, literature and science appreciated creativity of Imamverdi Abilov, contributed their valuable thoughts about it. An effective literary, scientific and pedagogical activity of Imamverdi Abilov is highly appreciated also by the government. He was awarded various honorary diplomas and medals, awarded "honorary diploma of Samed  Vurgun”, "Academician Mehdi Mehdizadeh ", "Scientific and cultural" prize, a literary prize  "Rasul Rza," "Khudu Mamedov," was awarded the diploma "The famous educator of Azerbaijan," and was awarded the honorary title "Honored teacher of the Republic of Azerbaijan." His reports on symposiums “Masters of Shahriyar”, lead in 1998 in Teheran and Tabriz, are published in the form of the book.  Imamverdi Abilov, elected in 2006, Member (academician) of the International Academy of Sciences for the study of the Turkic world, for merits in development of Azerbaijani-Turkish literature is awarded by the Council of the International Scientific Center "Vector" titles of professor, honored doctor. In 2007, he was elected as the Envoy of the World Federation for Universal peace and Interreligious International Federation. In August last year for great contribution in the field of literature the UN awarded him the order of "for faith and confidence." Imamverdi muallim alive history. The memoirs written and told by him are irreplaceable, from the point of view of studying the Azerbaijani Literature and known historic figures. Stored archive scientist-literary books, photographs, letters, gifts are of interest to any visitor.  Residents of Neftechala are proud of the compatriot who has united in such qualities, as goodwill, wisdom and intelligence. Imamverdi Abilov, the wisdom not unitary helped and directed people, and nowadays at aged age closely tracks progress of formation in the country, does not hide the pleasure connected with reached successes, to share the advice which is resulting from its profound knowledge. Imamverdi muallim, having estimated the signing “State Strategy for the Development of Education in the Republic of Azerbaijan” as the important event, has expressed his confidence that through the implementation of the strategy of education will move to a new stage of progress.

Thus, on March 11 the basketball championship began in Baku at the complete secondary school № 242. On March 12, the starting championship on volley-ball among boys is conducted at the secondary № 44, and between girls is conducted at secondary school № 18 in Baku. The mini-soccer championship of the republic started on March 12, at the Republican Specialized children's junior football school of the Olympic Reserves "Veten". On March 13 at high school № 129 started table tennis competitions, and at chess and checkerboard school № 1 of the Republican Sports Center "Takhsil" - competitions in checkers. At competitions, along with capital teams, have taken part teams of general educational and primary vocational educational institutions of other cities and areas.

The main purpose of excursions, having long-term character, consists in granting to students of the detailed information about rich historical and is material - cultural monuments of the country. At the excursions spent every day, to students tell the general information on the Maiden Tower and acquaint them with the museum exposition recently created inside of a tower. Then to the students who have familiarized religious-architectural Complex Syratagly, about the Caravanserais Bukhara and Multany, as well as with the Gate "Gosha Gala Gapylary", explain initial appointment of monuments, their architectural styles. The Shirvanshah complex is one of the brightest examples of east architecture, is also of great interest among the students. At excursions proceeding with success, the much attention is given mutual integration of subject matters, taught in general educational institutions. During the excursions met by students with greater interest, they accept active participation in excursions, show more flexible and creative thinking. All this is important from the point of view of improving the quality of education, revealing of potential of pupils, educating students in the spirit of patriotism and respect national-moral values. Also, at excursions give detailed answers to all questions interesting students about material-cultural heritage and historical monuments of the country.

On action have shown the abilities members of a circle of the Center of Children's and Youthful Creativity № 24, consisting of 200 people. On the action organized on the subject "In Our Corner of the World There Will Come Spring Soon", juvenile children and school students showed the dancing, vocal skills, and also skills in art reading, in the sphere of puppet theater, the drama, a song chorus. The purpose of the event is to reach parents in schools more interested in their children's creativity, as well as to reach propagation of national traditions among young men and children.

Minister of Education, having greeted participants of a meeting, has expressed the ideas on a special role and the importance of education in our life. Minister of Education has noted, that a meeting with the students, the differed successes in education, has great value as, from the point of view of, creations of groups SABAH, and with a view of acquaintance with formulas of success, problems and cares of students. Talking about the main objectives of reforms undertaken by the Government in the field of higher education of the country, the Minister has emphasized, that in the modern world the question of preparation of qualified personnel is actual. He noted that the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by students in the learning process, is an important factor in their lives. This process allows students to enter the labour market with significant resources, which allows people to constantly improve their professional knowledge, able to withstand the competition. In short, every student from the beginning of the academic year should get used to learning throughout life. The Education Minister also noted that higher education is a global phenomenon and that there has never been such a number of people with higher education in the world. In this case, grows the weight of constantly updated knowledge and skills, but not diplomas. Therefore, universities should seriously weigh the responsibilities and parameters of the reporting, to optimize the opportunities provided by the financial independence and all should be aimed at improving the quality of education. At the event, considering the big interest of students, was made a presentation of groups SABAH turned into a brand of higher education. The meeting was attended by 120 students, distinguished achievements in academics from 22 universities. Numerous questions and offers of students have been heard by experts, the wide exchange of opinions on those or other problems of higher education took place. At a meeting the following questions were discussed: the problems created by an academic load on non-professional knowledge; expansion of possibilities of mastering by practical knowledge; cooperation of students and teachers; perception of universities as 3 components-science, education and innovation; the increasing role of the student scientific communities and other problems. On the questions of students connected with possibilities of the introduction into groups SABAH from 3 or 4-th rate, with creation of uniform electronic library, with material support of universities and other concerns were answered in detail.

In 1987, has protected candidate's dissertation (master’s thesis) and in 1998 - the thesis for a doctor's degree. Since November, 2011 - chairman of Dissertational Council at Baku Slavic University. He is a member of the Azerbaijan Writers Union. The professor of faculty “the Theory of the literature” of Baku Slavic University. From May, 2000 to March 17, 2014 years held the position of Pro-rector of BSU, on a teaching department.

First of all, flowers were laid to the bust of national leader Heydar Aliyev, set in the lobby of the higher educational institution. Speaking at the event, Mikayil Jabbarov congratulated Asif Hajiyev with new appointment and wished him success in his future work. The Minister having greeted the members of the Scientific Council of the University, congratulated them on the holiday Novruz. Reading out the order of the President on the appointment of Rector of the BSU, Minister of Education has noted, that the claims made by the head of state to area of education, is in the development of national identity and citizenship, to provide professional knowledge and competitive training. Having emphasized, that the key role in this respect belongs to the "State strategy for the development of education in the Azerbaijan Republic", the Minister has noted, that BSU in this sense possesses rich traditions. "Pleases that fact that in the competition held by the ministry among students of universities, engaged in personnel preparation on pedagogical specialties, representatives of this higher education institution took the 4th place." According to statistical data, 51 percent of graduates of BSU work as teachers. The minister noted, that one of the most important factors of success of higher educational institutions depends on approach of the management of these universities to educational process. From this point of view, in BSU good traditions of management were approved. The rector of BSU Asif Hajiyev expressed gratitude to the President of the country for the high trust rendered to him. Asif Hajiyev declared that will carry on the healthy traditions formed in BSU. The former rector of BSU, the State Councilor of the Azerbaijan Republic on international, multicultural and religious questions Kamal Abdullaev, first of all, expressed gratitude to the President of the country and noted that election of the new rector from among employees of this higher educational institution is perceived, as a whole, as trust to staff of higher education institution. K. Abdullaev expressed confidence that the reforms realized in a higher educational institution, will successfully proceed in the future.
