The representatives of "Barcelona" club of Spain, members of "Dinamo" club of Russia, team members of Araz - our representative, players of "Kairat" team of Kazakhstan visited “Homeland” Republic Specialized Olympic Reserve School of Child and Youth Football, secondary school No. 201 in Keshle, secondary school No. 269 in Khatai district and secondary school No. 189 correspondingly. Players, which met with the pupils, gave them autographs, demonstrated ball skills, conducted a master class lessons for amateur players. The purpose of these meetings held with the support of AFFA and Ministry of Education is to increase the popularity of futsal and to direct children and adolescents to healthy lifestyle.

The competition organized with the joint decision of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Emergency Situations, The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, State Service for Mobilization and Conscription was attended by Grade 7 - 8 pupils of secondary schools. In Republican final stage of "Braves", military-Sport and Tourism game Zardab, Khatai and Ordubad districts won the first, second and third places correspondingly. The winner team was awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education. Note that, in March and April on this year, the district stage of military-sports and games "Braves" took part in Baku and Nakhchivan cities, Guba, Goygol, Hajugabul, Ismayilly, Balaken, Agjabedy and Neftchala districts. At present, the Ministry of Education jointly with other organs implements effective measures for improvement of teaching military training lessons in secondary schools and improvement of quality and popularity of the military-sport games. In this regard, comprehensive support for organization of meetings, conferences, "round tables", cultural and other events on patriotic education of youth on actual issues is provided.

The championship organized by Ministry of Education and Azerbaijan's Intellectual Clubs Association attended by Grade 7 - 10 pupils of secondary schools. The main purpose of the championship is to help to develop the intellectual and creative skills of youth and create conditions for discovering youth with highly creative skills, intellectual capacity and deep knowledge in various fields and development of their abilities. Intellectual games, covering neighborhood areas also, were organized in Ganja, Shamkir, Mingachevir, Shirvan, Imishli, Lenkeran, Sumgait, Guba, Zagatala and Goychay. Shamkir, Ganja, Lenkeran, Jabrail, Kurdamir, Zagatala, Naftalan, Sumgait, Gobustan, Guba district and city teams were winners of district category and were entitled with the regional champion title. Winners were awarded with Honorary Degrees, gold medals and trophies of Ministry of Education. Winner teams will be eligible to participate in the "Brain Ring" game released by TV channel and will be invited to the television filming. Regional Championship in Baku will be held on May 9, and dedicated to the birthday of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

So, as a result of weak supervision of Rafail Haciyev, Director of education department of Siyazan region his employees haven’t fully observed the requirements of legislation and created their activities according to modern requiremets level during execution of duty functions by his employees. Taking into account all of these points, Rafail Haciyev, Director of education department of Siyazan region, senior consultant Vahid Mammadov, methodologist Shahla Aliyeva have been given reprimand by The Ministry of Education. According to complaint of Y. Maharamov, deputy director of Evoglu village seondary school of Tartar region, investigation has been performed in teaching institution. As a result of performed investigation, Natig Kazimov, director of school made serious faults. So, although attendance of the pupils of IX-XI classes is low, no any registration made in the magazines. Natig Kazimov, director of school has been dismissed from his post due to calculation of groundless wage and other such kind of faults. According to the results of the investigations performed in Aggol village secondary school of Lachin region, it was determined that, lesson plans of the teachers haven’t compiled  corectly, serious mistakes were made in class magazines and personal file, labor discipline hasn’t observed correctly. Hidayat Ibrahimov, director of school has been dismissed from his post due to carelessness to work and the mistakes made in organization of training-education work.   Operative investigation of appeal and compliants of the citizens and taking urgent meassure will be ensured by The Ministry of Education.

Admission plan on bachelor and master levels by state order (for exp. Free of charge for the students) has been compiled taking into priority of seperate specialties concerning with social-economical development of country. According to “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic”, existing condition of material-technical and teaching labaratory’ bases of the universities, scientific-pedagogical potential, priority specialties determined by SSAC and MIistry of Economy and Industry, have been envisaged.      So, admission plan for existing teaching year to the universities functioning in Azerbaijan in comparison with actual admission of previous teaching year increased to 12.9 %. Plan on visual education form decreased more then 2 times but plan on full-time student admission due these places increased.  Admission on correspondence education form in private universities suspended, admission plan on pedhagogical specialties to 4 branches of Azerbaijan Public Political University and Aerbaijan Institute of Teachers hasn’t been given. Admission plan on pedagogical specialities has been given to Caucasus, Khazar and Baku Girls Universities. Correspondence education form on master level in the universities hasn’t been envisaged.   State order places on education, technical and technological as well as agricultural specialties have been increased. Admission in the specialties (soil sicence and agricultural chemistry, agronomy, veterinary science, veterinary, agroengineering, fishing and the fishing industry, water bio-resources and akvo plants) incorporated in group of agricultural specialties will be implemented under state order.  Correspondence education form on master level in the universities hasn’t been envisaged. Admission places in master level of the specialties that haven’t bachelor graduation haven’t allocated.   Number of admission places increased not depending in real demand recently in the secondary schools, have been decreased from 15667 to 11266 in comparison with previous teaching year. Student admission plan to the colleges on correspondence education form decerased 4.1 times in comparison with previous education year, specialtieis “primary school teaching”, “informatics teaching” have been removed from admission plan. Admission places on the specialty “Preschool training and teaching” to the colleges has been planed 38 % less than previous education year. Teaching specialties have been removed from student admission plan in technical-oriented colleges.

Informing about Temporary Rules “About transfer of the pupils from class to class in education estalishments” it was noted, pupils of V, VIII and X classes who obtained annual “unsatisfactory” mark from four and more subjects as well as whose knowledges haven’t been evaluated due to absence in teaching sessions, will be kept in repeat class. Pupils of V, VIII və X class who obtained annual “Satisfactory” mark from three subject will be given summer tasks. Such pupils will be able to transfer to next class through passing re-examination from August 25 to September 10, otherwise they will be kept in exisitng class. Unique basic long term decease or school drop-outs are considered to be kept the pupils of primary schools in the same class. Besides, pupil who obtained “unsatisfactory” mark from this or other subject in the second half-year can’t be given positive mark from the same subject. For the reasons not depending on them, evaluation of pupils’ knowledge on foreign language, informatics, pyhsichal culture, music, drawing subjects will not affect to transfer of them in upper class. Investigations making in the secondary schools have been declared in press conference. It was noted that, wrong design of lesson plans of th teachers as well as serious mistakes have been detected in journal of attendance during investigation in Aggol village school of Lachin region. Zarifa Alkhazova pupil of X class of secondary music school named after Bulbul, has been awarded with Gran-Pri prize majoring in violin in “3 rd International Contest of Young Classical Music Performers of Islamic World” held in Baku via organization of Kainat Youth Center and participation of Baku Music Academy, support of Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan Republic, ISESCO on April 23-26.  Elnara Aliyeva, pupil of VII class kept II place majoring in piano, majoring in both of violin Camila Asgarzade pupil of IX class kept II place, Asadova Laman, pupil of VII class kept III place and ultimately they won the name of laureate.  Students of Music College under Azerbaijan National Conservatoire are also the winners of contest. Two of five participants of this festival, majoring in piano both of them- Gunel Rizvanona student of second years obtained diploma and Eldaniz Alakbarzade kept III place and ultimately they won the name of laureate. Representatives of Turkey, Marocco, Kuweit, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Kyrgyzstann, Indonezian and Azerbaijan took part in music festival. Performers competed on two age group- up 15 years old and 15-20 ages groups.

It should be noted that, Farah Aliyeva graduated from department of history-theory of Azerbaijan State Conservatoire named after Uzeyir Hajibeyov. She began her teacher activity in department of music history since that year. She worked as scientific secretary of Baku Music Academy as well as dean of retraining faculty. She is a member of “Musicology and Art” department and scientific secretary of Scientific-Methodic Council of  The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic. She was postgraduate in 1986-1991. Defending dissertation of candidacy on the subject of “Several method trends in activity of Azerbaijan composers at the I half of 60-70 years of XX century”, she has been awarded Ph. D. degree, she is senior-lecturer since 1995. She is a member of Azerbaijan Union of Composers. She is active participant of scientific conference and contests. She is author of scientific monography, scientific and scientific-popular articles.
