• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Opening ceremony was held after capital repair of secondary school No. 194 on september 16, in Baku.

Congratulating educational employees, pupils, parents on occasion of “The day of knowledge” and opening of school, Ceyhun Bayramov deputy minister of education, wished them the successes in new academic year. Talking about care and attention of President Ilham Aliyev to education, Ceyhun Bayramov pointed that, several schools are constructed and repaied lately in our country.
Jala Abdiyeva, deputy mayor of Khatai District Executive Power stated that, capital repair of school buildings, construction and comission of new schools as per modern standards are significant event for us.
Making speech on behalf of parents, Laman Shamilova appreciated the issues performed on the sphere of education and stated that, we will seek to educate our children as loyal human for our Homeland using from these opportunities.
Ceyhun Bayramov, deputy minister of education cut band on occasion of opening of school. Visitors were acquainted with condition created in classrooms and subject cabinets, also expressed their opinions about pupil and teachers.
Military cabinet which meets modern requirements, has been created for teaching of “Preconscription military training” subject in the school.  
School No. 194 with 1176 pupils, has been constructed by The Ministry of Education under “State Program on development of social-economical development of Baku and its settlements for 2011-2013” approved by Order No. 1490 dated may 4, 2011 of The President of Azerbaijan Republic.
