  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Media representatives visited secondary school No. 214 of Baku by purpose to be acquainted with the works performed within framework of project “Strong education-strong nation” on september 18.

Performing of continuous medical-hygienic gender, physical-pedagogical monitorings among 10000 pupils and compilation of reports under the phases by support of “Coca-Cola” company on separate age groups in different school, are envisaged within framework of “Strong education-strong nation” project.  
Legislative documents that have exceptional importance, are compiled by the specialists with initiative of The Ministry of Education under present investigations according to health of the pupils. The same legislative documents surround material-technical base of secondary schools, the furnitures, classroom design, facilities, accessories, illumination of the rooms, as well as single standards regading with foodstuffs. These are decisive steps made on the direction of protection of pupils’ health.
Before the start of the project, current situation has been leanred in the republic, advanced education experience of world, has been investigated from children’ health point of view. Works performed in USA, European Union, Japan, Finland, Russia and Ukraine, ahve been investigated. 35 years experience of Vladimr Bazarniy, head of Russian Association for Children's Health, attracted special attention and this scientist has been invited to our contry.
Seminars have been organized for the directors of Baku’s secondary schools, psychologists and medical staff, teahcers for physical culture and “Strong education grade” by National Educational Technologies Center on september of current year.
15 “Strong education grade” hav been established in 6 secondary schools of Baku and Sumgait cities and they started their action from new academic year within framework of project.
Goal of “Strong education-strong nation” project, is to eliminate motion limitation and other factors derived teaching condition, protect their health along heighten teaching achievements of the pupils. Eventually, all these points serves to education of strong Azerbaijan citizen.
