President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a new building of secondary school No. 182 in Binagadi District of Baku.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the facility.
Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov informed President Ilham Aliyev about the work done.
It was noted that the previous building of the school was constructed in 1962. The 800-seat school had 31 classrooms. The outdated facility was pulled down and replaced with a three-storey modern building, which has 65 classrooms. The facility will open doors to students in the new academic year. The 1300-seat school has 10 departments. All classrooms were fitted with necessary equipment and teaching aids. New heating and lighting systems are installed here. There is a modern gym and grounds for learning different sports.
