  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Event dedicated to start of new academic year, was held in “Brains” lyceum No. 287 on september 15, in Baku.

Firudin Grubanov, deputy head of the minister of education, Rafig Guliyev first deputy of mayor of Khatai District Executive Power and other visitors took part in the event.
Opening event with introduction, Aygun Ahmadli, director of lyceum, honorary teacher informed about her educational establishment. Lyceum founded in 1992, was recognized as entrepreneur of new traditions in Azerbaijan education. Name of “Zəkalar” who attratced attention of public with its higher indicators, are among the best 15 schools of our country for last 10 years. Two graduates of this lyceum who took part in admission examinations in the universities, obtained 700 points, also 20 graduates obtained more than 600 points. 3 of them are medalist.
10 persons from 30 pupils who took part under Baku in the final phase of Republic olympiade held within framework of project “Training laboratory of talents” over past academic year, was graduate of “Brains” lyceum.
Delivering greetings and congratulation of Mikayil Jabbarov, the minister of education in event’s participants, Firudin Gurbanov first deputy of the minister of education pointed that, national education strategy founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev, is successfully continued today. Congratulating teaching staff and pupils on occasion of new academic year, Firudin Gurbanov, deputy head pointed lyceum as sample for other schools. Congratulating pupil, teacher and parents of lyceum on occassion of “The day of knowledge” in his speech, Firudin Gurbanov respectly reminded memory of Rafil Imanov, who founded this school and continued his teaching action till the end of his life in here.
Rafig Huseynov, first deputy of Khatai District Executive Power informing about accelerating school construction, repair works, he pointed that creation of exemplary condition for teaching staff and pupils in all teaching establishments of district, is important issue.
Then, making speech on behalf of parents, Osman Gunduz, The President of Azerbaijan Internet Forum congratulated teachers and parents, also talked about role of higher quality education in human life.
6 presidential grant-holder of lyceum, were awarded to the prizes on behalf of The Ministry of Education in the event.
Small artistic performance was demonstrated by the pupils after official ceremony.
