Dislacement of the teachers who are currently functioning in the secondary schools and vocational lyseums from one region (town) to other one (town), will be performed within June. Sections like “determination of requirement of the teachers on the secondary schools and vocational schools incorporated in The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, replacement of pedagogical personnel and recruitment Rules, “Interview program”, “e-application” and “Personal page”, have been placed in “Work admission of the teachers” page of official website of The Ministry of education in order to implement displacement of the teachers. Teahcers who want to change his work place, should fill in e-application visiting in page “Recruitment of the teachers”. Reception of the applicatins will be performed from June 1 to June 10. While filling in e-application, correctness of the details should be ensured, all important boxes should be filled. Teacher who submits e-application for displacement, can choose maximum 8 vacant positions. Vacant positions where (H-1) və (H-2) smybols are indicated, are the places envisaged application of motivating actions in rural schools. After completion of e-applications, the teachers takin part in displacement, will be interviewed, their results will be recorded and placement will be performed via software.

Projects, have been evaluated under “Enactus” criterias. According to evaluation’ results, the teams of Nakhchivan State University, Nakhchivan Private University Agricultural University of 11 teams joined in “Enactus” program for 2013-2014 years, became a finalists of contest. Obtaining the name of championship in tense contest, Nakhchivan State University obtained right to represent our country in World Cup contest to be held in Pekin, capital of China on October. Winners have been awarded to the diplomas of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports Ministry, the Youth Foundation and valuable prizes of several commercial bodies. It should be noted that, international program “Our Entrepreneurial Action” has been created by USA universities in 1975. Name of program “Students in free entrepreneurial action” (Students in free enterprises– SİFE) till 2012. Performance of national contests started under program in several countries of world since 1996 and for the first time World Cup contest, has been organized in London in 2001. Azerbaijan joined in “SİFE–Enactus” program in 2005, obtained right to take part in World Cup contests from 2006. Nearly 50 countries, more than 1600 universities and more than 50 000 students joined in “Enactus” program around the world.  Goal of performance of national contests on “Enactus” program, is to promote youth in entrepreneurial action, agitate free entrepreneurial idea among the students, develop organizational, management and team work skills of the students. Social importance of program- is development of people’ life and life standards, support in youth’ engagement and chnage of people’ lifes on positive direction via power of business. By purpose to make business negotiations on the sphere of contest business and education under “Enactus” program, it’s a platform created for youth. Participant teams are divided into the leagues in national contest under “Enactus” program and struggle for victory. Winner is determined under innovative approachment, social effect of the projects, protection of ecological stndards, observing to business ethics, financial management, speech capability and other criterias.

According to the outcomes of “Relay race” contest, 11 families became a winner. Secondary schools No. 7, 27, 46, 83, 200, 242, 245, 319 in Baku city, have been awarded to the name of “The fastest school”. Finally, the families who represent the schools, have been awarded to diploma and the prizes.

Participants marched accross the city before olympiad held for the first time in turkish world. Pupils of the seondary schools from 17 turkish territories like Azerbaijan, Turkey, Crimea, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Altai, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Cyprus Turkish Republic, Arnavutluq (Albania), Xinjiang (China) and Bashkortostan, are taking part in the event.     Goal of olympiad, is to increase interest of the pupils to science in turkish world, also educate their future as Nobel medalist. Making a speech at ceremony, Gungor Azim Tuna, Governor of Eskishehir stated that, olympiad will stimulate enlargement of the relations among the pupils of turkish countries. Hasan Garalov, head of Azerbaijan delegation, expressed his gratitude to the organizers of event due to performance of event and presented a prize on Azerbaijan history to governor of Eskishehir. Informing about olympiad, Ibrahim Erdogan, head of International Volunteer Teachers Association stated that, the pupils of IV-VIII grade demonstrated the models made on the schemes prepared under their ideas. Nearly 1000 projects, have been presented for participation in olympiad and 100 of them, have been selected. Elchin Mammadov and Huseyin Asadov (teacher Hasan Garalov) circle’ members of Technical Creative Center No. 34 in Baku, Atilla Mammadli (teacher Aydin Mammadli) pupil of secondary school No. 1 in Guba city, are representing Azerbaijan in olympiad. Exhibition’ participants firstly were acquianted with the models of Azerbaijan team. They expressed their pleassure for pupils’ models. Elchin Mammadov demonstrates model of writing robot in olympiad, As robot’ parts have been improved, its work has been developed. Robot wrote “Turkish world” words on the paper for exhibition’ participants. Robot’ work, has been evaluated bt the participants.        Huseyin Asadov presents rocket model in exhibition. This rocket can fly 250 meter within a second. H. Asadov, who wrote the word “Qarabağ” on the rocket stated that, liberation of Azerbaijan lands that are under occupation of Armenian Miltary Forces, is one of his greatest desires. Pupil who wants to contribute for liberation mof the lands, looks forward for application of this rocket. Work principle of rocket, has been demonstrated visually, also its preparation technology has been presented. Jury evaluated this model positively.   Atilla Mammadli, took part in “Smart pots” project in olympiad. Pot gives signal and warns its owner in the case if water needs watering. Pupil placed special mechanism on the middle part-land layer. Models will be demonstrated from June 4 to June 6. Olympiad will end on June 7, winners will be presented different prizes. Promotional films of the projects incorporated in the first hundred in olympiad, will be shot and will be translated via TRT Avaz tv under name of “Small hands, great works”.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Communication and High Technology, National Academy of Sciences, in opposite side official of European External Action Service and European Union Delegation in Baku, took part in the event. Meeting was managed by the representative of The Ministry of Education by Azerbaijan side.  Mutual discussions on the subjects of education, employment and social affairs, health, youth policy, culture, research and innovation, information society, have been made in the meeting. Azerbaijan side informed about obtained outcomes and the reforms, also European Union Delegation made the presentations on envisaged changes and policy implemented under these spheres. Mutual opinion of exchange, has been performed in order to enlarge cooperation among two parties and implement further reforms. It should be noted that, next meeting of sub-committee will be peformed in 2015 in Brussels under principle of rotation.

 Conference is divided into 2 panels: first panel took place on the subject “Media detail in education” in Baku State University. Casarat Valehov, head of department on work with NGO and Media and Mehman Shafagatov, expert on information technologies, made a speech with presentation on subject “Cooperation experience of The Ministry of Education with media”. Lecture of Aynur Karimova, head of department of Baku State University on subject “Crisis in communication media” attracted attention of the participants. First panel ended after the discussions.  Second panel of conference, has been organized in Azerbaijan State Economic University. Vusala Mahirgizi, president of “APA Holdinq” LLC made a speech with lecture by name “Education topic in social media”. Event has been continued by the lecturers on the subject “PR technologies in social media” of Osman Gunduz, director of “Multimedia” Information Sistems Technologies Center and “Problem of non-professional in media” of Shahlar Asgarov, professor of Baku State University. Ajdar Agayev, Chairman of Republic Board of Education joined in the discussions on mentioned topics, Etibar Aliyev, education expert, stressed great importance of this conference and are sured that this event will stimulate development of cooperation between education teams and media. Conference ended with the discussions on the subject “Media and education dialogue”.

It should be stated that, Chinara who has laureate of international competitions attracted attention with her achievements. Taking part in international contest held in Koxtla-Yarve city of Estonia and international contest “Riqa Symphony” of young vocalists in Riga, Latvia, pupil of music school, was awarded to Gran-Pri prize of both events.

Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Education, leaders of ministry’ structural bodies, media representatives and independetn blog journalists took part in the event. Opening ceremony, Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Education stated that main goal of action was achieving to fundamental changes through performance of the actions based on long term outcomes. Important actions creating environment which will develop education’ quality, have been decribed in “State Strategy on Education’ Development”. Stressing importance of the actions made on the direction of change and development of teaching system and teaching environment, Mikayil Jabbarov stated that core assessment of teaching should be knowledge’ level. Mentioning performance of test assessment in the capital, Minister stated that teachers haven’t systematic database on methodical and communicative approach knowledges in work method with the students. Teachers in the system should be “recognized’ in order to ensure objectivity of the decisions made on the teachers- there should be information about their training level, methodology and subject knowledges levels. Minister mentioned that, test assessment of the teachers will be applied in whole country for the next phase. Minister of Education stated that, as a result of the changes on teachers’ training, plan for teacher’ trining in the colleges has been decreased, mostly several specialized pedagogical schools are focused on this sphere. Goal is to direct attention on quality but not quantity. Reforms have been implemented on the direction of recruitment of the teachers, placement of workplaces, optimization of lesson burden during 2013-2014 academic years. Transperancy has been ensured, procedures on recruitment and placement of the teachers hasve been simplified. Minister of Education stated that, construction of new schools, current repair of the schools are focused. Firslt the problems on technical equipment, facilities’ supply have been settled in vocational schools as well as on several spheres. These works are performed owing to current and existing budget but not additional budget funds. Minister touched upon the changes on the sphere of manegement. He mentioned that, 5 months training courses of school directors functioning in Baku has been completed within framework of pilot project few days ago. Passing their examinations, they demonstrated not only traditional knowledges but also modern manegment levels. Works on the direction of optimization of content taught in education system, are being continued. Frstly specialized experts, SSAC’ expters together with traditional authorities, have been involved in assessment of the texbooks in practice. Earlier after preparation and printing of textbook, if assessment is performed consistency of this process has been developed. Then Casarat Valehov, department head of The Ministry of Education made a speech by name “Outcomes of 2013-2014 academic years”. Detailed review on action directions performed for last year in presentation, has been described.

Certificate has been sent by Oslo International Children of Museum of Art to 16 young azerbaijani painters and gratitude has been expressed to Nizami Child-Youth Creativity center due to active participation in the same project. At the same time, invitation letter has been received by organization committee to center in order to take part in the next painting exhibition to be held. Let’s note that, by purpose to take part in “Geniş ata dünyası” international project held by International Museum of Art of Chidren in Oslo, Norway, the members up to 18 years of “Rəsm” studio of Child-Youth Creativity center of Nizami district have drawn the paintings and these paintings have been sent to Norway. Final exhibition of the paintings sent by children of different countries of world on the subject of “Geniş ata dünyası” in International Museum of Art of Chidren at the begining of this year, has been held. According to opinion of the specialists, 16 young painters of Child-Youth Creativity center of Nizami district of The Ministry of Education have been awarded with certificate. We congratule our young painters and wait new successes from you.
