The project jointly realized by Heydar Aliyev Center and The Ministry of Education, is aimed to learn life and activity of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev, immortalize heritage of great leader and propogate among the youth. Teams that consist of the students who are studying visually at bachelor and master level in the higher education institutions of the country, took part in the contest. Generally, 264 students from 44 teams took part in the contest. The videotape on the speech of Heydar Aliyev related to the youth, has been demonstrated prior to the contest. Then, opening the event with introduction speech, Adil Karimli, deputy director of Heydar Aliyev Center pointed that, this knowledge contest differs from its format and content. Contest not only surounds activity of great leader Heydar Aliev but also main historical events of Azerbaijan. Reminding november 12 as the day of Constitution in Azerbaijan, A. Karimli stressed that, the first Constitution of independent Azerbaijan adopted in 1995, is just related to the name of great leader Heydar Aliyev. National leader took part in adoption of this Constitution, compilaiton of its draft at the first time, spent hard labor for this work, also played a great role in creation and obtaining of complete legal document among the constitutions adopted in the world. The member of board of judges- Mahabbat Mehdiyeva, director department of research of Heydar Aliyev heritage and scientifical studies of Heydar Aliyev Center, Hussein Aliyev, advisor of the minister of education, Adalat Gasimov, head of department of Aliyevstudies of History Insitution of Azerbaijan National Sciences Academy also stressed that this contest is a significant step on the directon of detailed learning of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev’s life and activity.  Then, brief video clip that reflect students’ training for contest, has been demonstrated. It should be noted that, on the eve of contest all teams visiting Heydar Aliyev Museum were acquainted with Heydar Aliyev Museum functioning here, also performed research under the details on life and activity of national leader, photo and video materials.   The winner of contest that consist of 3 phases and performed under hard competition, was Baku Slavic University who obtained 35 points, The Academy named after Heydar Aliyev of The Ministry of National Security kept 2 nd place with 32 points, Lankaran State University kept 3 rd place with 31 points. Finally, winner teams have been awarded. All participant teams have been awarded to the certificates.

The tournament organized in the secondary school no. 12 will last till november 15 in Baku. The gymnasts and dancers of Youth Creative Group of Nizami Region demonstrated their skills. Then, State Anthem of Azerbaijan Republic was sounded. 8 teams that consist of 6 players and 1 coach take part in the tournament. The winners of contest, will be awarded to medal, diploma and valuable prizes.

The issue on development of France-Azerbaijan relations has been delivered to the attention in the meeting with Mrs. Manuel Frank, the president of institute, the issues like creation of the relations between institute and Heydar Aliyev Fund lately, increase of interest to teaching of Azerbaijan language in the The National Institute of France for Eastern Languages ad Civilizations, has ben appreciated, also agreement has been made on the direction of continuation of colloboration on the sphere of education. Also it was specially stressed that, relevant support will be made by The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic. It was pointed that teaching of Azerbaijan language in the developed country as France, has a great importance. M. Frank, the president of  The National Institute of France for Eastern Languages ad Civilizations stated that, number of students who want to learn Azerbaijan language grows lately, also existence of special interest to Azerbaijan language in the education institution led by her. She pointed that, number of the hours allocated to teaching of Azerbaijan language compared to the previous years grows, in this tempo we will take into account bachelor, then master and doctoral programs under teaching of Azerbaijan language and culture within the next time. Mikayil Jabbarov stated that, the relations among our countries develop comprehensively, collaboration has special importance on the sphere of education, also increase of interest to Azerbaijan language in France and its teaching is very joyful and estimable.   The minister of education met the students of group where Azerbaijan language is taught. Aygun Eyyubova, doctor of sciences who teach Azerbaijan language, reminded that Mehriban Aliyeva, The First Lady  of Azerbaijan, The President of Heydar Aliyev Fund visited institute on november, 2008 and was closely acquainted with teaching of Azerbaijan language. He stated that, contract related to teaching of Azerbaijan language has been signed between institute and Heydar Aliyev Fund. Aytan Babaliyeva, other teacher of institute talked about willingly learning of our language by different nations’ representatives in the group where Azerbaijan language is taught, organization of contest among the students, collaboration between The National Institute of France for Eastern Languages and Civilizations and Azerbaijan’s higher education institutions. Informing the students about Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov, the minister of education talked about how our country became a leader state in South Caucasus, development of our country, also stated his satisfaction from acquaintance with the students who learn Azerbaijan language. Making a speech in Azerbaijan language, several students told about their visits in our country, also talked about their main goals to learn this language. Elchin Amirbayov, the ambassador of Azerbaijan to France, ambassador Paskal Monye and institute’s officials took part in the meetings.

The next-second finalist of game to be held for championship of november month, has been determined in the game held in “Baku Crystal Hall” and broadcasted via AzTV channel. The game consisted of two qualification and two final meeting. “Sumgait” and “Gabala” teams met in the first qualification game. Sumgait team won the game with the score of 5:0. The second game has ben held between “Parabellum” and “Mingachevir”. “Parabellum” defated his rival with the same score.  “Sumgait” and “Parabellum” teams met each other in the final games. “Sumgait” team won the first final game with the score of 5:2, but “Parabellum” won the second final game with the score of 6:3. Finally, there was need for extra question in order to determine the second finalist of month. “Sumgait’ team who responded the same question quickly and correctly, proved his preference and obtained right to take part in the final game.

The state officials, public figures and media representatives together with SABAH groups’ students of the universities, took part in the forum. The forum lasted for two days, made interesting moments for the participants through different discussion and debates, master class and contests.  The contest jointly held by European Chess Union and Estonia Chess Federation, has been held among 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18-years old  boys and girls. Nearly 300 chess-players from 13 countries, took part in the championship. Azerbaijan chess-players won 4 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medal.  The pupils of Republic Specialized Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Chess School of The Ministry of Education on rapid chess, Aytan Amrayeva kept 1st place among 18-years old girls, Aydin Suleymanli 1 st place among 10–years old boys, Khanum Balajayeva kept 2 nd place among 8-years old girls. Umid Aslanov, the representative of Republic Specialized Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Chess School of The Ministry of Education no. 1.  Our chess-players performed successful game in super final. Aydin Suleymnli and Khanum Balajayeva defeated their rivals and kept 2 nd place. These chess-players won the game on blitz chess and kept 2 nd place.

State officials, international organizations’ representatives, NGOs’ representatives took part in the forum where 350 children who represent all town and regions on country joined. Fatma Abdullazade, head of department of Humanitarian policy issues of the Presidential Adminstration, red congratulation letter of president Ilham Aliyev to the forum’s participants in the opening of event. State officials and international organizations’ representatives, responded children’s questions within framework of forum. Firudin Gurbanov, deputy minister of education, gave detailed explanation related to the works performed on development of primary vocational education in our country. The deputy minister stated that, the issue on training of the specialists woh have modern primary vocational specialties became one of core problems before the several countries. The need for the persons who have relevant primary vocational education together with educated personnel in the labor market grows lately. Basing on the challenges of modern period, F. Gurbanov pointed that, the projects that have a great importance on the sphere of vocational education in our country, will be implemented. Special attention, has been allocated to the development of vocational specialty education in the new programs compiled related to education. The deputy minister recommended the pupils to appropriate modern occupations that have more need in labor market. It will simplify the settlement of employment problem in the future. Group discussions, have been made by participation of the experts on 7 subjects that are urgent for the children in the forum. Finally, The Appeal to the President Ilham Aliyev, Final Declaration of Forum, statement adressed to the world community and international organizations, have been adopted on behalf of the participants of III Republic Forum of Azerbaijan Children.

148 taekwandoists with the birth of 2001-2003 and 2004-2005, took part in the contest held among child and juniors by support of Azerbaijan Taekwando Federation and organization of The Ministry of Sport. Team of  9 education institutions and 8 sport clubs competed for victory in the championship. Guba team kept 1 st place, Sumgait team kept 2 nd, Specialized Olympic Reserves Child- Youth Sport Center no. 12  3 rd place among child taekwandoists in the hard competition. “Azeri” Taekwando Club kept 1 st place, Guba Child-Youth Sport School 2 nd, Sumgait Child-Youth Sport School no. 2 kept 3 rd place among the juniors. The winners have been awarded to the cup, diploma and medals.

The representatives of Great Britain and North Ireland United Kingdom, Germany and France on “eTwinning” project, local and foreign experienced teachers will take part in the event.  The teachers of participant countires will make their recommendations for successful implementation of project and demonstrate their pedagogical innovations, successful projects. It should be noted that, “Madad Azerbaijan” organization started implementation of “eTwinning Plus” project financed by European Council since 2013 within framework of collaboration with The Ministry of Education. Enlargement of “eTwinning” project which is part of Continuous Education Program of European Union  and development of interstates eduational relationships are ensured, opportunity is created for realization of education projects and colloboration with pedagogical employees within framework of project. Active and innovative teachers who have relevant skills on Azerbaijan joined in “eTwinning Plus” project. The teachers prepare virtual lessons that support the pupils in obtaining of new knowledge and skills through most interesting, funny and efficient methods within framework of project. The same teachers’ activity is regularly followed, most successful projects, most active teacher and pupils are selected and awarded. Distinguished teachers take part in the different international events, conference and seminars organized within framework of “eTwinning” project.    All participants will be awarded to the certificates at the end of seminar.
