  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

The second game of brain-ring intellectual contest for “The cup of knowledge” organized by The Ministry of Education on november month has been held.

The next-second finalist of game to be held for championship of november month, has been determined in the game held in “Baku Crystal Hall” and broadcasted via AzTV channel.
The game consisted of two qualification and two final meeting. “Sumgait” and “Gabala” teams met in the first qualification game. Sumgait team won the game with the score of 5:0. The second game has ben held between “Parabellum” and “Mingachevir”. “Parabellum” defated his rival with the same score.
 “Sumgait” and “Parabellum” teams met each other in the final games. “Sumgait” team won the first final game with the score of 5:2, but “Parabellum” won the second final game with the score of 6:3. Finally, there was need for extra question in order to determine the second finalist of month. “Sumgait’ team who responded the same question quickly and correctly, proved his preference and obtained right to take part in the final game.
