It should be stated that, application of 771 persons from 1149 teachers who appealed for replacement, have been approved and admitted in competition.  Competition for the teachers who want to change their work place under her specialty on Azerbaijan language and literature, has been held on June 17. Skills and abilities of the teachers were assessed at the first phase of competition, but awareness on education sphere, outlook and personal qualities have been assessed at the second phase. 24 from 57 candidaes who took part in the first phase, have been admited in the second phase. Accrding to the result of the second phase, 13 teachers who obtained highest points, were given right to change her work place under vacancy selected by her.  Competition on replacement the teachers for primary school will be held on June 18, English language and informatics on June 19, biology, geography, chemistry on June 20, physics, history on June 21, mathematics, English, Russian, German, labor training (technology), physical education, music, visual arts on June 23.

Before, state anthems of Great Britain and Azerbaijan have been sounded. Anthems were sounded by Fidan Haciyeva lively. Irfan Siddiq, ambassador of Great Britain to Azerbaijan who made a speech stated that, cooperation on the spheres of energy, politics, business, education and culture between two countries are at higher level. Azerbaijani students are interested in study at Great Britain, Ambassador stated that, visit of William Heyg, Minister of Foreign Affairs to Azerbaijan on December of the last year, strongly affected to development of the relations between two countries. Mentioning participation of Great Britain in large projects in Azerbaijan, ambassador stated that, his country is interested in Azerbaijan and their relations will be developed in future.    Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Education delivered congratulation of Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan President on occasion of birthday of Bratain’ Queen. Minister mentioned that, relations between Azerbaijan and United Kingdom surrounds several spheres. Oil and gas sector are real example. M. Jabbarov stated that, the investments and the technologies of Britain’ companies played important role in production of rich natural resources of cour country and export to world markets. Several Azerbaijani students continue their education in United Kingdom within framework of State Program on study of Azerbaijan youth in foreign countries. Minister added that, Azerbaijan and Britain’ universities creates direct relations and implements cooperation projects.  Officials of state and government, the parliamentaries of Milli Majlis, the delegates of diplomatic corpus, public representatives took part in the event.

Besides Azerbaijan, the visitors from Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Lithuania and Latvia have been represented in the forum where delegation which consist of Elnur Alizade, senior consultant of department on work with education and extracurricular institutions of Ministry, Elvin Mammadkhanov, deputy director of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center, Fidan Rahimova, pupil of X grade of secondary school No. 23 of Baku, Ali Mammadov, pupil of X grade of secondary school No. 160 of Baku and Elgun Yusifov, pupil of X grade of secondary school No. 1 of Baku participated. Forum has been held within framework of implementation of Action Plan for 2014-2015 under performance of International Cooperation Strategy till 2020 on the direction of youth policy approved by CIS’ leaders.  Symbolic torch was fired in official opening ceremony of forum. This honourable duty, was tasked to Viktor Yerjik, Deputy Minister of Education of Belarus and Elgun Safarov, Azerbaijani pupil. Wide presentations have been made about Azerbaijan, dance and poetry samples directed on agitation of national customs and traditions have been demonstrated, the souvenirs that reflect our culture and Azerbaijan sweets have been presented to the participants during event. Our pupils taking part in different sections of Forum delivered Azerbaijan realities to their peer.  Participants visited historical monuments of Belarus in addition o relevant cultural events. Forum’ participants met Sergey Maskevich, Minister of Education of Belarus.       Sergey Maskevich has been presented the gifts on behalf of The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, conversation was made about Azerbaijan- belarus education relations.

Ministry of Education respects and don’t comment founders’ decision adopted within framework of legislation. Adoption of decision is under special powers of public union where private educational establishments are subjected. At the same time, in order to place the pupils studying at the lyseums of Azerbaijan International Education Complex and teaching staff in education network of our country, work group has been established by The Ministry of Education and preparation works started for provision of normal course of process. The Ministry of Education brings to the attention of the pupils studying at Azerbaijan International Education Complex and their parents that favourable condition will be created for the pupils to continue their in relevant educational establishments as well as place teaching staff until the begining of new academic year under their free choice. State schools have opportunity and condition in order to admit enough pupil. There is no reason for inconvenience. Azerbaijan education has rich traditions, strong material-technical and teaching potential. Several secondary schools of our country achieve higher successes in different contest and races held on a global scale. We hope these successes will continue.

So, Elbrus Atayev, director of Goygol Education Deparment, Gulaga Huseynov, director of Samukh Education Deparment, Aramkhan Mammadov, senior accountant of Samukh Education Deparment have been received a reprimand because of they didn’t fulfill the responsibilities of civil servant appropriately. Also, labor contract of Esmira Hasanova, director of Sarkar secondary school in Samukh, was terminated because of she violated her liability and the responsibilities grossly. Abdushukur Mustafayev, director of Alimadadli seconday school in Goygol, was dismissed from his post as per his request. Ulduz Mayilova, director of educational establishment was received a reprimand because of she violated labor rights of Zabita Zeynalova, teacher of Gashalti- Garagoyunlu vilage secondary school in Naftalan. Director, Aisha Isgandarova, Sabir Gafarov and Durna Guliyeva, deputies of director, were received severe reprimand by Regional Education Department because of detection of their shortcomings in secondary school No. 4 in Goygol.   Operative investigation of citizens’ appeal and complaints and performance of relevant actions, will be ensured by The Ministry of Education in the future.

Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Education, Kamalladin Heydarov, The Minister of Emergency Situations, Gordon Birel, president of BP on Azerbaijan- Turkey-Georgia region, Mark Herevard, head of Azerbaijan delegation in UNICEF and other visitors took part in the event. It should be noted that, new, higher effective comprehensive “directed on children’ interest” school models will be prepared. Different models on development in early period, inclusive education, disaster risk reduction, sanitary ang hygiene, will be prepared and tested in the same schools. Also, several important social services will be delivered to the families via Family Education Centers envisaged to be established. According to project, development of infrastructure, coordination of the curriculums to the needs, analyze of legislative base and making other important amendments are envisaged.  At the end of ceremony, joint Action Plan on cooperation was signed within framework of “Partners on education sphere” project among The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Emergency Situations and UNICEF.

In order to take part in the event where the heads of education departments of Shaki, Gakh, Zagatala, Balakan, Gabala and Oguz regions, the teachers, the leaders of methodical cabinet, the students of Shaki and Zagatala branches of Azerbaijan Teachers Institute, education experts and the trainers participated, Aydin Ahmadov, head of preschool and secondary education department of The Ministry of Education, Casarat Valehov, head of sector on work with NGO and Media, also up to 50 Media’ representatives visited region. Aydin Ahmadov, department head of ministry, informed on the reforms implemented on the sphere of secondary education in detail, stressed new subject curriculums as direction in education. Expert Asif Cahangirov, made a speech by report on the subject of new approaches in education. Informing about test assessment held for the teachers functioning in Baku schools, Casarat Valehov, department head of ministry stated that this process will surround the regions in the near future. Casarat Valehov, pointed importance of performance of such events and told that goal is to create dialogue environment. Presentations of the trainers have been listened, also discussions on curriculum reforms have been performed. Teachers explained their opinions on the novelties taking place in education generally the problems derived from process of curriculum application. Nurlana Azimova, teacher of school No. 4 in Gakh proposed extension of period of the courses held for the teachers related to the curriculums. Athletes of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center kept 1 st place in judo tournament organized by Gabala Executive Power and “Qəbələ” Sport Club among child and the teenagers. Athletes of local “Gabala” Sport Club kept 2 nd place due to medal’ number. Team of Zagatala region kept 3 rd place. Generally, 17 teams with 187 judokas struggled in tournament.  Murad Abushov (38 kg) from 13- 16 years athletes, Tayyub Abdullayev (27 kg), Nahid Ismayilov (34 kg), Murad Alizadeh (46 kg), Matin Rzazadeh (42 kg) among 11- 12 years children, Nicat Valiyev (30 kg), Mahammad Hajili (25 kg), Ibrahim Pashayev (+42 kg) among 7- 10 years children, kept 1 st place in tournament.

Main goal of meeting is to discuss current situation with the members of the teams who are trained for international olympiades on the subjects and clarify forthcoming relevant issues. It should be noted that, as every year international olympiades will be organized on the subjects of mathematics, physics, biology and computer science. International olympiades accordingly, mathematics olympiad will be organized on July 3 -13, 2014 in Republic of South Africa, chemistry olympiad on July 20-29, 2014 in Vietnam, physics olympiad on July 13- 21, 2014 in Kazakhstan, biology olympiad on July 6- 13, 2014 in Indonesia, computer science olympiad on July 13- 20, 2014 in Taiwan. Ceyhun Bayramov, deputy minister of education stated that, relevant actions are performed by The Ministry of Education for the pupils in order to achieve success in international olympiades and effective works will be implemented on this sphere in the future. Reminding representation of the pupils of Azerbaijan in the same knowledge contest to be participated in international olympiades, deputy minister stated that, he hopes they will achieve success and higher results. Finally experts taking part in the event, appreciated favourable condition created by The Ministry of Education for preparation in international olympiades.
