  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

III Republic Forum of Azerbaijan Children, has been held on november 17 in Baku.

State officials, international organizations’ representatives, NGOs’ representatives took part in the forum where 350 children who represent all town and regions on country joined.
Fatma Abdullazade, head of department of Humanitarian policy issues of the Presidential Adminstration, red congratulation letter of president Ilham Aliyev to the forum’s participants in the opening of event.
State officials and international organizations’ representatives, responded children’s questions within framework of forum.
Firudin Gurbanov, deputy minister of education, gave detailed explanation related to the works performed on development of primary vocational education in our country. The deputy minister stated that, the issue on training of the specialists woh have modern primary vocational specialties became one of core problems before the several countries. The need for the persons who have relevant primary vocational education together with educated personnel in the labor market grows lately.
Basing on the challenges of modern period, F. Gurbanov pointed that, the projects that have a great importance on the sphere of vocational education in our country, will be implemented. Special attention, has been allocated to the development of vocational specialty education in the new programs compiled related to education. The deputy minister recommended the pupils to appropriate modern occupations that have more need in labor market. It will simplify the settlement of employment problem in the future.
Group discussions, have been made by participation of the experts on 7 subjects that are urgent for the children in the forum.
Finally, The Appeal to the President Ilham Aliyev, Final Declaration of Forum, statement adressed to the world community and international organizations, have been adopted on behalf of the participants of III Republic Forum of Azerbaijan Children.
