Italian specialist, casting manager of ceremonies team Nicoletta Corradin gave detailed information related to participation rules in the opening and closing cermonies of “Baku-2015” European Games in the presentation jontly held by student youth organization of Azerbaijan Teachers Institute and Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations Union (ASYOU). It was stated that, it’s possible to order casting session through filling in application form selecting “Join us” menu entering baku2015.com page. N. Korradin pointed that, the castings will be held on november-december of 2014, the trainings will start on march of 2015. It was stressed that, every one who as desire, energy, team spirit can be participant of ceremony. Students who want to take part, filled in registration form. Finally, the questions interested by the students have been responded.

24 teams with 197 judoists competed for the chamionship in the tournament. Our athletes successfully took part in the contest. 16 age Alish Yusifov was a winner of tournament on 50 kg, 14 age Suleyman Yagubov on 90 kg and 16 age Aykhan Jafarov on more than 90 kg. Adilkhan Musayev kept the 2 nd place on 50kg, Parviz Bakhisihaliyev on 55 kg. Alasgar  Asgarov kept the 3 rd palce on 46 kg. Azerbaijan athletes kept the 2 nd place on team score according to the results of international judo tournament.

Nabi Avji, minister of national education of Turkey, Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of education of Azerbaijan, Kanat Sadikov, minister of education and scienc of Kyrgyzstan, Aliya Galimova, executive secretary of The Ministry of Education of Kazakhistan and other visitors took part in the meeting. Local and foreign students, professor- teacher and adminstrative staff of ADA University welcomed the visitors.  Hafiz Pashayev, rector of ADA University informed the visitors about establishment of this higher education institution, achieved successes and further plans. Opinions on the meeting of education ministers of member countries to Cooperation Council of Turkish-speaking Countries, its significance and importance of made decisions. Questions related to possible exchange of the students with turkish-speaking countries and education programs, as well as other issues, have been responded in the meeting.

Yusif Yusibov, rector of university informed on  existing novelties and works performed in the higher education institutions in the event held related to this matter. Rector informed that, teaching corps of university were overhauled, technical base have been equipped with the facilitied that meet modern requirements, “smart boards” have been installed, internal network has been renovated and equipped with high- speed internet. It was stated in the event that, subjects will be taught using visual aids and research works will be performed in the new laboratory. It’s possible to determine physical parameters of organic or biological substances in the labaratory which has wide technical opportunities.

According to the statistics, 3858 calls (6.5 times more than relevant period of 2013) has been received by Call Center, up to 2800 calls by Switchboard service. 4140 citizens have been served in the Citizen Reception Center. Most of applications (mostly they are surveys) received by Call Center and Citizen Reception Center, have been reponded immediately and settled operatively. 954 citizens, have been registered in reception of relevant officials of The Ministry of Education in electronic form according to their inquiries. 966 documents (419 applications, 515 letters, 32 other documents) have been received and registered in Citizen Reception Center. Received applications mostly consisted of the issues on recognition of education documents (diplomas), teachers’ replacement and employment, restoration and placement of the students in the higher education institutions. It should be noted that, Call Center has been addressed mostly on Tuesday (840 calls) and Wednesday (856 calls) of the week, mainly from 09:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:30. Citizen Reception Center has been addressed mostly Tuesday (923 calls), Wednesday (853 calls) and Friday (881 calls) of the week mainly from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 during past month.

Valuation of the projects submitted to the contest organized under order of education minister of Azerbaijan Republic no. 768 dated july 3, 2014, has been implemented by relevant working group. Projects that don’t meet relevant conditions, have been removed from contest initially in the valuation process that consist of two phases. Projects selected in the next phase, have been valued in accordance with relevant criterias. Goal of visit is to create condition for closer acquaintance with boarding schools, also close contact with the children studying and living here. Visitors will take part in the opening of creative grade in  the integrated trained boarding school no. 11 during visit which coincided with the International Day of Disabled Persons. The Ministry of Education will regularly organize such visits that serve to enlargement of  public representatives’ communication with the boarding schools.

Main goal of contest is to stimulate creation of artistic compositions that explain moral richness, patriotism, national and universal values, emotional and cognitive qualities for young schoolchildren, stipulate their artistic taste kiang into account age psychology.  Compositions to be submited in the contest, should be prepared collectively. Number and total volume of the compositions incorporated in the bulk, are determined on the following rule: Prose- 15 (1,5–2 printing page) Poetry compositions– 20 (1–1,5 printing page)   Drama compositions– 5 (2–2,5 printing page)       Collections submitted in the contest, should be sent in 3 (three) printed copies together wit its e-version (in PDF format) writen in disc for registration within 1 (one) month from june 1, 2015 to The Ministry of Education.  To include the compositions of authors published till today in the collections, is prohibited. Compositions in the collections, will be looked through by expert appointed by The Ministry of Education and in the case if 12 of prose compositions, 15 of poetry compositions, 3 of drama compositions are valued positively, the same colections will be acceptable for contest. Collections that are acceptable for contest, will be sent to the secondary education institutions, prominent educators, advanced teachers in electronic version for valuation in accordance with awarding positions. Also, mentioned compositions will be placed in official website (http://www.edu.gov.az) of The Ministry of Education by purpose to learn opinion of community. Opinion and remarks will be received via e-mail eser.musabiqe@edu.gov.az. According to contest’s results, 5000 (five thousand) manat has been determined for composition which keeps I place, 3000 (three thousand) for composition which keeps II place, 1500 (one thousand five hundred) for composition which keeps III place. Goal of visit is to create condition for closer contact with boarding schools and communication with children studying and living here. Visitors first of all were acquainted with condition created for the pupils in sanatory type boarding school no. 8 repaired by support of Heydar Aliyev Fund. Then, opening ceremony of newly established creative grade has been organized integration trained boarding school no. 11. Composer Faig Sujaddinov and singer Ilgar Muradov took part in the opening ceremony. Visitor who watched artistic program prepared by the pupils, visited exhibition where hand works are demonstrated. Pupils informed about the compositions that consist of pottery, takalduz, carpet-weaving, painting works. Then, visitors has a dinner together with education institution’s pupils. It was informed that, management of nutrition  from common center  started by purpose to comply with international and local standards, sanitary-hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements from previous academic year for the first time in the boarding schools under The Ministry of Education. It should be noted that, supply of boarding schools with equipment, cloth and other resources are fully implemented in accordance with demand. Modern buses have been bought for the schools. The same transport means provide visit of the pupils in historical monument and museums, excursions and entertainment venues located in Baku as well as regions. By purpose to improve training’s quality, new teaching programs have been compiled on I-IV grades, new textbook and “Logopedist album” have been printed for disabled children in a small age groups, curriculum trainings have been conducted for pedagogical staff. Number of the graduates from children’s homes and boarding schools was 3703 for last 5 years. 214 of them, have been admitted in the higher education institutions, 152 of them in the secondary schools, 482 of them in vocational education institutions. 2 persons obtained more than 600, 12 persons 500-600 and 18 persons 400-500 points in the state examinations. 53 pupils of boarding schools kept 1 st place, 32 pupils 2 nd place, 46 pupils 3 rd place in drawing, essay contest and different sport contests in 2012-2013 academic year.
