  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

We can tell in relpy to numerous inquires on video spreaded in media last day on event took place in special boarding school No. 7 for disabled children located in Surackhani region that, incestigation of this problem has been taken under personal control of Mikayil Jabbarov, The Ministry of Education.

Although both of bodies– The Ministry of Educaiton and The Ministry of Internal Affairs came to conclussion seperately during initial investigation of event, special commission has benn established by purpose to perform additional verification for detailed investigation of problem by The Ministry of Education. Adminstration of boarding school No. 7 and other persons mentioned in this problem, have been removed from their post durign activity period of commission and management of educational establishment have been delegated to relevant responsible persons. 
During initial incestigation of commission it was concluded that, video spreaded in media didn’t take place on the same date, it was shooted before and it was spreaded to media after official declaration of both of bodies regarding with problem. If goal of the persons who spreaded video were support in operative and comprehensive investigation that, this video would present to state bodies in advance. Spreading of this video on this sequence after declaration initial opinion of official bodies without appeal to state bodies as well as The Ministry of Education, creates certain questions.
At the same time, by purpose to comprehensively learn reason of the processes and event, law enforcement bodies have been appealed.
