Goal in signing of memorandum, is to strengthen staff potential of mettalurgy industry and support in achievement of development in accordance with the order of The President of Azerbaijan Republic         “About announcement of “Year in industry” in Azerbaijan Republic of 2014. Also, according to State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic, this agreement serves to fulfillment of strategical obligations like more efficient benefiting of country from internaitonal competition and successful integration of economy in global space, development of human capital in the country. Making a speech in the ceremony, Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of education stated that, creation of direct cooperation relations among primary occupation, secondary edcation and higher education institutions who perform staff’ training under relevant specialties with mettalurgical complex as well as the establishments functioning in the real economic sector, is estimable. The process on application of new technologies in different spheres of economy in our country, also installation of modern facilities grows rapidly day by day. Finally,  necessity for training of personnel according to current need occurs. It demands enlargement of education institutions’ cooperation with production establshments. Samir Jafarov, chairman of “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” Close Stock Company stated that, there is lack of personnel in several new production spheres in our country. Especially, there is a great demand for the employees who have high level vocational education. Samir Jafarov stressed his assurance  that signing of memorandum with The Ministry of Education will eliminate the gaps on this sphere.  After the speeches, Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of education and Samir Jafarov, chaiman of “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” Close Stock Company signed the memorandum.   According to the memorandum, “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” Close Stock Company will ensure organization of students’ production practices, awarding of the students with special scholarship with higher academic indicators and recruitment of the graduates who appropriated these specialties in future. In addition, the pupils and students who were selected from primary vocational, secondary education and higher education institutions functioning under The Ministry of Education, will be admitted in summer internship program in “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” Close Stock Company. Professor- teacher staff of higher education institutions under the Ministry, will be allowed take part in performance of scientifical-research works, participation as partner of “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” CSC in the projects implemented on international relations, organization of selected relations skilled specialists functioning here for the students in education institutions. The issues like involvement of professor-teacher staff of higher education institutions in the process in “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” Close Stock Company as consultant, performance of joint scientifical- technical works, organization of the seminars, as well as processing of joint projects and application in the production, have been described in the Memorandum.     The parties are obliged to prepare, impement and agitate joint programs on increase of reputation of primary occupation, secondary education and higher education under mettalurgy related specialties, motivation the juveniles to appropriation of technical occupation within framework of Memorandum of Cooperation. Involvement of “Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex” Close Stock Company’ specialists in creation of relevant material- technical base in primary vocational education institutions taking part in cooperation, evaluation of learners’ skills and abilities, are envisaged.

Main goal in organization of marsh, is to introduce the participants historical state emblems of Azerbaijan in State Flag Museum and agitation of national atributes.   Route of “Flag marsh” will surround the distance from Parachute square located in the National park to State Flag Square.

The seminar is dedicated to 2 spheres as “Turin process” and “National Specialty Frame”. The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, The Ministry of Economy and Industry, State Statistic Committee, State Employment Service, ownership organizations, primary vocational education schools, trade unions, The Institute for Education Problems, NGO, the representatives of large enterprises and research centers, took part in the seminar. Making a speech in the seminar, Firudin Gurbanov deputy minister of education stated that, the reforms on the sphere of primary vocational education, are implemented in Azerbaijan now.  The reforms surround the spheres related to management structure, specialties’ formation and learning of new specialties. Reminding completion of state program on development of primary vocational education sphere for 2007-2012, F. Gurbanov stated that, The Ministry of Education is performing work on preparation of new program. The deputy minister stessed determinatin of the targets and performance of analysis. The preparation of new program related to development of vocational education, is expected till 2020 on this basis. The specialists of The Ministry of Education presented primary version of report of Turin process for 2014 about Azerbaijan. After presentation, the discussions have been performed, the recommendations and priorities have been put forward for development of vocational education and training system.  The second part of seminar, has been dedicated to the results of support of European Training Fund in application of national specialty frame. It was stated that, Specialty Frame of Azerbaijan Republic, is expected to be approved by The Cabinet of Ministers. The European Union plans to support in application of Azerbaijan specialty frame within framework of support program in education since the second half of 2015.

 We can tell about the event took place in integration trained boarding school no. 11 that, light burm occured in the shoulder part of Fateh as a reult of hand touch of Fateh Guluzada who is comrade of his from borading school while Surkhay, pupil of the same school attempting to dirnk a tea on october 30, 2014. The event occured instantly, nurse and educator immediately made first aid for Fateh. There was no nedd for taking of child to hospital because of level of burning was not severe. Now, child’s health is quite normal. He takes parts in the lessons and playes with his classmates, at the same time is taken under daily attention and care by the nurse of boarding school.  Child’s parent immediately, has been invited by the administration of boarding school and informed related to the problem. The exaggeration efforts of problem’s scale, are recorded through intention to make boundless sensitiveness and agitation by some media representatives. Mahsati Safarova, mother of Fateh Guluzada, who is a doctor by specialty also condemned the actions on usage of this event as bad means on behalf of child’ s  name. The representatives of The Ministry of Education visited in the school regarding with mentioned problem, investigation has been held together with collaborator of 14 th police station of Sabunchi region. Adminstrative punishment action, has been taken for related persons according to carelessness.

The students of Baku State University, The Academy for Public Adminstration under The President of Azerbaijan Republic, State Economic University, State Oil Academy, Azerbaijan University of Languages, Baku Higher Oil School and Tourism University demonstrated their skills and abilities. Elnur Aliyev, acting head of Baku City Education Department made a speech with presentation about education system of Azerbaijan in the event held in Paris Sarbonna Abu Dabi. Elnur Aliyev informed event’s participants about the successes achieved on the sphere of education in Azerbaijan, development processes taking place on this sphere, also important works performed on the direction of modernization of education infrastructure in our country lately. Ilham Nagiyev, deputy head of human resources department of The Ministry of Education, Casarat Valehov, deputy head of Information department, Emin Amrullayev, head of sector on valuation of education quality, Hasan Hasanli head of sector on work with the foreign students and study in abroad, took part in press conference. Informing about e-textbook portal, Emin Amrullayev stated that, more than 5 000 persons used these resources till today. More half of them are living in Baku. Nearly 1000 users benefited from resource that belongs to the textbook of Azerbaijan language. Sector’s head reminded that, e-textbooks on 6 th grade of Azerbaijan section, have been placed in the portal. 5 e- textbook will be placed separately on II and III grades, also 10 e-textbooks on VII grade in near future. Informing about contest held within framework of “State program on study of Azerbaijan youth in the foreign countries for 2007-2015” for 2014-2015 academic year, Hasan Hasanli stated that, process ended. The number of the students who have distinguishing academic indicators compared to the previous years, was more in selection process held under higher competition environment. As a result of the contests held through participation of the representatives of governmental bodies and higher education institutions, the name of 572 students who obtained chance to study in world famous higher education institutions, have been included in program’s grant-holders. Generally, 3183 students have been sent to abroad within framework of program till today. Sector’s head stated that, study of azerbaijani youth will be implemented under “State Program on study of Azerbaijan youth in the foreign countries for 200-2015” in the next year. But, now The Ministry of Education prepares new State Program on study of Azerbaijan youth in the foreign countries for 2015- 2020 because of State Program will end in 2015. Informing about the projects implemented by The Mnistry of Education on diferent direction, Casarat Valehov stated that, The Ministry of Education will organize “Flag marsh” related to The Day of State Flag of Azerbaijan Republic on november 8. Other project is telecast contest held on the topic of “Future- is teacher’s composition. Goal of this contest held among the journalists, is to coverage activity of young teachers functioning in rural schools, contribute increase of teacher’s reputatin among community. The plots demonstrated in both of regional and republic tv channels, have been presented to the contest. The winners of plot contest, have been awarded in the event. The Ministry of Education’ s representatives responded several questions in the conference.
