Making a speech in the event, Mikayil Jabbarov stressed special attention to the sphere of education at state level in Azerbaijan. “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic” approved by the order of our President actually proves importance given to this sphere. This document determines main challenges before our education, makes basis for the reforms under several important targets, opens the ways for development of institutional bases, infrastructure and human resources of education system. The minister stated that, modern economical development conception requires comprehensive perspective development of business world cooperation with education sphere. Taking into account, The Ministry of Education pays special attention to development of social cooperation of business world with the empoyers. Mikayil Jabbarov, remineded intensifiction of the issues on this sphere lately. Conducting of labor fairs for the graduates by participation of the owners in different higher education institutions, involvement of the owners in teaching in vocational institutions, increase of activity related to be trained in students’ ownership institutions, are visible parts of the issues performed by The Ministry of Education on the sphere of enlargement of the relations with business world.  Reminding Modern Azerbaijan Pfofessionalists” project, Mikayil Jabbarov stated that, the specialists who were trained in vocaional education institutions within frameowork of this project, are differed with compliance to the demand in labor market. More than 75 percent of such specialists, find job according to their pecialty. It points complaince of new teaching methods to empoyers’ expectations. The minister stated that, compliance of modern teaching to existing labor market, is directed on elimination of persennel shortcoming in all spheres, providing of ownerhip objects with high level local personnel. First of all, it’s necessary to enlarge the relations between the ownes and higher education institutions and vocational education institutions in order to achieve the successes on this sphere. Owners directly order teaching institutions personnel on which quality they want, also directs on formation according to relevant requirements. At the same time, support of the owners in involvement of the students in internship, has special importance. Training of competitive specialists who are able to compete with foreign specialists that are appropriate to world labor market, depends on level of modern practical knowledges.   The minister recommended the owners not to forget issue on training of personnel reserve while determing stategical targets of business. Support of students’ innovative ideas, organization of special scholarship are the greatest contribution given to training of future pragmatic-minded specialists. Mikayil Jabbarov stressed his assurance on support of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederation in project of establishment of business-incubators in higher education institutions. Mammad Musayev, the president of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederation, talked about condiiton of ownership in Azerbaijan and Memorondum signed between the ministry and mentioned body. Mammad Musayev stressed importance of creation of personnel reserve owing to talented youth and stated that he is ready to collaborate on this direction. Mikayil Jabbarov, the minister of education and Mammad Musayev, the president of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederations. Memorondum implies joint activity in further development of the relations between The Ministry of Education and the owners, creation of social relations with the owners functionng in private sector, training of the personnel who appropriated ne technologies in condition of rapid development of economy. According to agreement among the parties, the reprsentative of The Ministry of Education was also included in the structure of education and vocational education commissions of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederations.

The 4 th team that will play in final phase of october month of contest, has been determined in the game broadcasted via AZTV channel and organized in “Baku Crystal Hall”. Winner of this game had to struggle with “Nar Mobile”, “Alliance” and “Crescent” who were the winners of previous contests. Chance game was held among the representatives of the teams who weren’t allowed take part in final game in order to determine 4 th rival. Member of “Agdash” team was a winner and achived chance to take part in the final game.  “Agdash” and “Alliance” teams met in the qualification game of final phase. “Alliance” won the game in the score of 5-3. “Nar Mobile” and “Crescent” demonstrated hard game in the second qualification struggle. "Nar Mobile" affirmed his preference from his rival with one point difference.  “Nar Mobile” and “Alliance” achived chance to play in the final game. Both of final games ended with victory of the first team in the score of 5-1. Thus, “Nar Mobile” was a winner of october month and achived chance to play in the final game of “Cup of knowledge”.  “Brain-ring” games will last till the end of year and names of “Cup of knowledge” ’ winners will be knew in the 15 th game. The champions of september, october and november months will take part in the same game.

Azerbaijan’s chess-players achieved bright success in the championship lasted for 11 days. 989 athlets from 45 countires of Europe, took part in the contest held on 6 age groups. Ulviyya Fataiyeva, representative of Ganja chess school kept 2 nd place among 18 aged girls, Malak Ismayil, representative of Sumgait chess school 2 nd place among 10 aged girls, Govhar Beydullayev representative of Chess Club of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sport Organizations 2 nd place among 12 aged girls, Aydan Hojatova, representative of Republic Specialized Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Chess School kept 3 rd place among 16 aged girls, Parviz Gasimov, representative of Nakhchivan chess school 3 rd place among 14 aged boys. As a result of contest, winning 2 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals Azerbaijan’s chess-players kept 2 nd place on team score.

According to the statistics, 5659 calls (5.7 times more than relevant period of 2013) received by Call Center and nearly nearly 3000 calls by Switchboard service. 4990 citizens, have been served in Citizens Reception Center. Most of appeals received by Call Center and Citizens Reception Center, have inquiry characteristics. Most of appeals immediately have been responded and settled operatively. According to their inquiries, 1234 citizens have been registered for reception of relevant officials of The Ministry of Education. 1352 documents (528 petitions, 650 letters, 174 other documents), have been received and registered by Citizens Reception Center. Most of appeals were related to diplomas’ recognition, teachers’ replacement, pupils’ replacement in the secondary education institutions, replacement and restoration of of the students from one higher education institution to other one. It should be noted that, Call Center mostly have been appealed on wednesday (1356 calls) and friday (1345 calls) basicly from 14:00 to 16:00 over past month. Citizens Reception Center mostly have been appealed on wednesday (1211 appeals), friday (1155 appeals) and tuesday (1138) basicly from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00.

The representatives of The Ministry of Education, Guba Executive Power and sport community, took part in the opening ceremony of contest to be lasted till november 10. 37 teams on 6 age groups are struggling in the contest. Contest where 163 chess-players take part, consist of 7 phases under the rules of International Chess Federation. Initial qualification phase of contest, has been held in Child Youth Chess schools in the different regions of Azerbaijan. Chess-players who will keep 1 st place will get chance to take part in World Championship to be organized among the pupils in Tailand, but chess-players who will keep 2 st place in the European championship among the pupils in Turkey.

The Ministry of Education makes organizational support in the contest announced by The Fund for Science Development under The President of Azerbaijan Republic. Goal in organization of new formated contest (www.sdf.gov.az), is to finance the projects related to scientifical research and investigations performed in several higher education institutions through the grants. The projects submitted from the following higher education institutions, will be financed to the contest first off all:  Azerbaijan State Oil Academy; Azerbaijan Medical University; Azerbaijan State Agrarian University; Azerbaijan State Economical University; Academy of Public Adminstration under The President of Azerbaijan Republic. Document reception to contest, will last for 1 month. If the projects aren’t received from envisaged higher education institutions or not passed from initial phase, in this case the pojects of other higher education institutions will be financed. Announcement of contest’s results, is planned in the 1 st quarter of 2015. Performing of relevant seminars for grant applicants, is envisaged during this period.   Total amount of financing on the contest by The Fund for Science Development, is 910 000 Azn.
