  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

The educational community, as a whole, the citizens of the country was welcomed the issues on approval of documents associated with the organization of training on credit system in area of higher education, with translation of students, their exception, recovery and with an output in the academic vacation.

 The Ministry of Education gives an important value to expansion of works on informing the public on the above-mentioned documents, and in particular to fuller explanation of new possibilities for students. Taking into account all of it, on February, 24-28th, 2014 on page Facebook of the Ministry of Education have been given answers to the questions connected with higher education.
During this period, the Facebook page of the Ministry of education received, in total, 326 issues and through the comments were answered.
The users of Facebook had spread mainly issues related to the transfer, recovery, and an academic leave persons in higher educational institutions at steps of the bachelor and a magistracy (33 percent), with the organization of training at steps of the bachelor and a magistracy on credit system (22 percent), with changing of the form of training (7 percent), with the recognition of documents on higher education (6 percent), with activity of branches of Azerbaijani Institute of Teachers (5 percent), with the cost of training (2 percent), with training abroad (2 percent) and other questions.
This event, has once again revealed the great interest among the general public to the ongoing reforms of higher education spent in the country. The Ministry of Education intends to continue this tradition, paying special attention to opinions of all layers of the population, plans to consider in the future activity all constructive proposals.
