• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

On March 6th, the Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov has met representatives of the organization "Microsoft Azerbaijan."

First of all, the minister of education has been provided with information on the meeting spent on 4-5 March 2014, between the representatives of “Microsoft Azerbaijan” and the Ministry of Education, about the issues and relevance of programs which implementation is provided. The minister has been informed that at a meeting of the Organization of “Microsoft Azerbaijan” was held the presentation of Innovative School Programs (Microsoft Innovative School) by the organization Microsoft. The event was provided with detailed information on the Microsoft Program of Certification for Teachers, on IT Academy, about the Local Language Program Microsoft, about a platform Microsoft Office 365 and about the Global Forum “Partners in Learning” which carrying out is provided within the framework of this program, including discussions around topics such as basic computer knowledge, curriculum (the curriculum) on technology, curriculum design for education and professional development of teachers.
It should be noted, that at a two-day meeting between representatives of the Ministry of Education and the Organization of Microsoft Azerbaijan, have taken part a deputy head of the apparatus of the Ministry of Education Djamal Qasimov, the director of sector Assessment of the Quality of Education Emin Amrullaev, to evaluate the quality of education Emin Amrullaev, the head of department on Information of the Education System Samir Mamedov, head of the Department of education system computerization Samir Mammadov, the senior consultant of department pre-school and general education Vafa Jagublu, the adviser for the Estimation of National Projects Narmina Alieva, Director of Baku European Lyceum Zulfiya Veysova, the director of "Microsoft Azerbaijan" on the country Rufat Gadzhialibekov, the manager of the program “Partners in Learning”of the "Microsoft" organization on the East European region Teo Milev, the expert on "Microsoft" organization sales in the East European region Alexander Yashukov, representatives of SEBIT - Turkish Educational and Information Technology  company Kurshat Gunenc and Ilker Helvadji, curriculum manager of Microsoft Azerbaijan Emin Akhundov, the director of department for work with state structures, of the organization "Microsoft Azerbaijan" Eldar Djhahangirov, the adviser-expert for technologies "Microsoft" Gachay Mirzayev.
