8 teams passed to 1/4 phase of Cup where 29 football teams of 29 universities struggle. These are Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan Technology University, Baku State University, Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Caucasus University, Azerbaijan State Academy of  Physical Culture and Sports, Azerbaijan State Economic University and Nakhchivan State University. Matches are organized in stadium located in Bina settlement of Baku, stadium of "Vətən" Republican Specialized School of Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Soccer and stadium of Olympic Sports Reserve Base within framework of “Cup of Education” held by joint organization of The Ministry of Education, Azerbaijan Football Federations Association and Azerbaijan Student Football Federation. Goal of performance of “Cup of Education” is to increase popularity of football among the students, form student team of Azerbaijan, provision of participation of the teams that consist of the students in Europe, world championship and international tournaments. Team that kept first 4 places, will be awarded merit certificate and the prizes by The Ministry of Education. Azerbaijan Football Federations Association and Azertbaijan Student Football Federation will present cash prize to Cup’ winners.

As a result of investigation held by The Ministry of Education regarding with problem, it was determined that given informaiton isn’t true and incident has been distorted. So, Nahid Cavadov, pupil of Grade II born May 16, in 2006 at 17:00 fell to sanitary facility of boarding school and got enjury from forehead part. Pupil of Grade X took him from ground and brought to educator and child was made first medical aid. Lower part of his eyes was darken as a result of injury. N. Cavadov approved fact on his fall during conversation with the collaborators of The Ministry of Education. Pupil stated that, he didn’t face with any physichal assault. Pupil told the same words to the collaborators of The Ministry of National Security and The Ministry of Internal Affairs yesterday.   Thus, fact on guilt of teacher-educator personnel of  boarding school No. 7 in the incident of child’ injury, hasn’t been approved. The same decision has been made by the collaborators of Surakhany District Police Department of The Ministry of Internal Affairs who freely performed investigation.   The Ministry of  Education strongly condemn the actions directed to violation of normal harmony of teaching process and damaging reputation of collective of educational establishment, as well confusing public through spreading ordered and preconceived information about the event and keeps his right to appeal to law enforcement bodies in order to investigate problem as well as take relevant actions within framework of law about the persons who commited this action.

Although both of bodies– The Ministry of Educaiton and The Ministry of Internal Affairs came to conclussion seperately during initial investigation of event, special commission has benn established by purpose to perform additional verification for detailed investigation of problem by The Ministry of Education. Adminstration of boarding school No. 7 and other persons mentioned in this problem, have been removed from their post durign activity period of commission and management of educational establishment have been delegated to relevant responsible persons.  During initial incestigation of commission it was concluded that, video spreaded in media didn’t take place on the same date, it was shooted before and it was spreaded to media after official declaration of both of bodies regarding with problem. If goal of the persons who spreaded video were support in operative and comprehensive investigation that, this video would present to state bodies in advance. Spreading of this video on this sequence after declaration initial opinion of official bodies without appeal to state bodies as well as The Ministry of Education, creates certain questions. Development perspectives of cooperation on different directions of education have been discussed in the meeting. Possibilty of implementation of several projects in consolidation of future relations on sphere of education, has been stressed and consent was made on signing of appropriate cooperation contracts. Participants talked about effective relations existing since soviet period on sphere of education between Azerbaijan and Vietnam. Question about organizing of Vietnam-Azerbaijan friendship forum by participation of Vietnam students in Baku has been discussed in accordance with task of Mr. Ilham Aliyev, The President of Azerbaijan Republic. Exchange of opinion around the questions on adding of foremost universities of Vietnam to list of the universities selected within framework of “State Program under study of youth in foreign countries for 2007-2015” and increase of number of Vietnam students studying at the universities of Azerbaijan, has been performed. Taking into account that Internaitonal Chemistry Olympiad will be organized in 2014 in Vietnam, in 2015 in Azerbaijan by organization Baku Branch of Moscow State University, importance of performance of exchange of mutual practice has been recorded.

Two of six Azerbaijani pupils taking part in olympiad held in Moscow, capital of Russia Federation from May 11-18 kept higher place. According to the outcomes of assessment, Murad Rahimov and Cahid Ahmadov were awarded bronze medal.   The rest 4 pupils- Dilgam Ahmadli, Shamil Hasabli, Karim Karimli and Sergey Styopin were awarded with participant diploma. Bronze medals were given to the pupils of Ganca and Agdash schools. Shirvan, Baku and Ganca schools were awarded diploma. 4 pupils who obtained the highest score- Karim Karimli, Murad Rahimov, Cavid Ahmadov, Dilgam Ahmadli will represent our country in 46 th World Olympiad under Chemistry to be held on July 20, in Hanoy, Vietnam.  It should be noted that, 16 countries took part in 48 th International Mendeleev Olympiad. Knowledge contest consist of three phase with 2 theoretical and 1 practical. The Ministry of Education and Baku Branch of Moscow State University orgaznied exmination in Azerbaijan and Russian languages in order to select the pupils to be participated in olympiad from Azerbaijan. Pupils passed special training in chemistry faculty of Baku Branch of Moscow State University and M.V. Lomonosov in order to ensure successful participation of selected pupils in olympiad.

Final match under Grade 7 of 2013-2014 season took place in Hovsan Olympic Complex. Final match held between school No. 177 of Narimanov district and school No. 3 of Barda region was harder and pupils of school No. 177 won the match with score 2-1. Team of school No. 3 of Sabirabad region kept 3 rd place. Final match under Grade 9 will be held on May 26, Bayil Arena. It should be noted that, Cup matches started on September, 2013. Contest surrounded all regional school of Azerbaijan.

More than 100 state bodies, industry establishments, company and the banks took part in fair organized within framework of “Industry year” by support of The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Youth and Sport, The Ministry of Economy and Industry. Mikayil Cabbarov, The Minister of Education, Niyazi Safarov, Deputy Minsiter of Economy and Industry, Intigam Babayev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport, Adalat Muradov, Rector of Azerbaijan State Economic University took part and reviewed fair. Representatives of state and private bodies informed education minister about the vacancies. Minister was interested in occupation option and recommended them to select occupation correctly. Record indicator has been recorded according to number of the participants in “Graduate-2014”. So, nearly 2500 graduates took part in this event. At the same time, 67 university graduates of 12 countries (USA, Turkey, Russia, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia) took part at the same time.  Nearly 1000 vacant positions have been offered to youth in “Graduate-2014” so, it’s a the highest indicator recorded up today. Meetings of the graduates with the representatives of state and business bodies has been organized in fair. The most talented and promising graduates will be provided with constant and temporary jobs. Employers presented the graduates the vacancies, internship, scholarship and exchange programs under different specialties within framework of fair. Within framework of event, fair has been organized for the pupils of grade XI of education complex No. 132-134 in Baku. Goal is to increase interest of the pupils to economic-based specialties in occupational options. Also, sale-exhibition which consist of drawing and works of applied art prepared by the teens who need special care, deprived from parental care, has been organized by Student Youth Organization of Azerbaijan State Economic University and “Damla” Low Income Families Care Public Union. Money collected from hand works sold in exhibition, will be given o the children who need care. Goal is to detect their creative potential and integration of the children who need special care, to community. Besides, different winning lotteries, prize campaigns, the contestm awardings and other motivating actions have been taken for student and the graduates during the day.  Personal details of all graduates who appeald, have been submitted in state bodies and private companies.

Before reception, honored teacher met with doctor of philology, professor Imamverdi Abilov, who has 65 years pedagogical experience. Imamverdi Abilov stated importance of the reforms implementing within framework of “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic” in improvement of education’ quality and obtaining of successful outcomes on this sphere. Well-known intelligent expressed his positive opinions on future of country’ education, also made a speech with relevant suggestion and the recommendations. I. Abilov, reminding meeting held between him and Mass Media within framework of media tour organized by The Ministry of Education in Salyan and Neftchala regions on March of this year, expresses his pleassure about care taken by minister of education.  Then, reception of the citizens started in accordance with reception’ schedule of the leaders of central executive authorities on May, 2014.   Appeals of the citizens are listened in reception and most of problems are settled immediately. Tasks are given to relevant authorities of ministry on several appeals. Appeal of 67 citizens have been listened in reception and most of problems have been settled immediately. Relevant authorities have been tasked on several appeals. Appeals of several citizens that have personal characteristics or aren’t related to the authorities of the ministry, are recorded in order to deliver in relevant authorities and taken under control.
