Details on beating of Nahid Cavadov (his name was indicated as Mahir in Mass Media), pupil of Grade II with baton by teacher in special boarding school No. 7 for disabled persons located in Surakhani district, have been spreaded in mass media and social networks on May 20.

As a result of investigation held by The Ministry of Education regarding with problem, it was determined that given informaiton isn’t true and incident has been distorted.

So, Nahid Cavadov, pupil of Grade II born May 16, in 2006 at 17:00 fell to sanitary facility of boarding school and got enjury from forehead part. Pupil of Grade X took him from ground and brought to educator and child was made first medical aid. Lower part of his eyes was darken as a result of injury.

N. Cavadov approved fact on his fall during conversation with the collaborators of The Ministry of Education. Pupil stated that, he didn’t face with any physichal assault. Pupil told the same words to the collaborators of The Ministry of National Security and The Ministry of Internal Affairs yesterday.

Thus, fact on guilt of teacher-educator personnel of boarding school No. 7 in the incident of child’ injury, hasn’t been approved. The same decision has been made by the collaborators of Surakhany District Police Department of The Ministry of Internal Affairs who freely performed investigation.

The Ministry of Education strongly condemn the actions directed to violation of normal harmony of teaching process and damaging reputation of collective of educational establishment, as well confusing public through spreading ordered and preconceived information about the event and keeps his right to appeal to law enforcement bodies in order to investigate problem as well as take relevant actions within framework of law about the persons who commited this action.
