Leaders of culture and art higher and secondary educational institutions, directors of secondary schools took part in the event as well.     Presidential scholars and laureates of international contest performed the compositions of Azerbaijan also world composers with violin, piano and tar as well as they sounded tracks from the areas. Making a speech after concert, Mikayil Jabbarov minister of education congratulated all youth on occasion of The Day of Youth organized by our national leader Heydar Aliyev in 1996. Minister stressed that wide horizons were opened before the youth as a result of care and attention of state leader Ilham Aliyev. Reminding special role of Heydar Aliyev Fund and its president Mehriban khanum Aliyeva in the development of Azerbaijan music culture, Mikayil Jabbarov wished the successes to the adminstration and pupils of secondary music school named after Bulbul.

Team of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center (RSC) took part in the championship organized in the Weightlifting Academy. Team was formed among the best athletes of sport schools under The Ministry of Education on box type. Athletes of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center who demonstrated successful performance in the championship achieved 3 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medal. So, Laman Ahmadova kept  1 st place on 58 kg weight category, Afgan Bayramov on 77 weight category and Azar Mammadov on 105 kg weight category. Ali Aliyev kept 2 nd place on 105 kg weight category, Emin Gojayev kept 3 rd place on 85 kg weight category and Ceyhun Magerramov on 94 kg weight category.

According to the statistics, 4381 calls (6.7 times more than relevant period of 2013, 1.8 times more than 2014) were received by Call Center and nearly 3000 calls received by Swtichboard servive. 4214 citizens were served in the Citizens Reception Center. Majority of the appeals received by Call Center and Citizens Reception Service (mostly are inquiries), have been responded immediately and settled operatively. According to their inquiries, 545 citizens were registered in the reception of relevant authorized persons in electronic form. 1300 documents (440 references, 691 letters, 169 other documents) have been received and registered in the Citizens Reception Center. Most of received appeals were related to the issues like recognition of educational documents (diplomas), replacement of the pupils in the secondary educational institutions, restoration and transfer of the students in the higher educational institutions, replacement and recruitment of the teachers. It should be noted that, Call Center was appealed on Monday (1018 calls) and Tuesday (1024 calls) of the week, mostly  from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:30 over past month. Citizens Reception Center was appealed on Monday (969 appeals) and Wednesday (908 appeals) of the week from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14;00 to 16:00.

130 athletes of 21 sport school under The Ministry of Education took part in the contest organized in the Specialized Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Sport School No. 13. Contests held on 9 weight category were managed by international referees appointed by Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation. Goal of contest is to determine team of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center on type of freestyle wrestling. Absheron Child-Youth Sport School kept 1 st place, Child-Youth Wrestling School No. 6 2 nd place, Ganja Branch of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center 3 rd place on team score in the championship. Members of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center were selected among the athletes who demonstrated higher result in the contest. Team that consist of these wrestlers will represent “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center on the same age group on february in the Azerbaijan championship.

10 centers (Baku, Ganja, Mingachevir, Shaki, Shirvan, Shamakhi, Agdash, Lankaran, Khachmaz and Nakhchivan) have been selected on Republic for organization of this phase. 693 pupils who obtained more than 19 points in the region, town phase on all region and towns of Republic, will take part in the zone phase. Questions will be prepared by the specialists of Baku branch of Moscow State University (MSU) named after M.V.Lomonosov in relatively complicated close test and open type format. 4 hours will be allocated to the pupils for responding of 30 questions. Responding of questions requires existence of the knowledges on physics along with the subject of chemistry because of world olympiads on chemistry are organized under depeen program. Therefore, pupils to be participated in the zone phase, are recommended to pay attention to the topics like radioactive decomposition of chemical elements, half-decomposition period, thermal effect of chemical reactions, speed, balance stability, ion extraction of water, hydrogen indicator, pH notion, electrolysis, Faraday's laws, aromatic and heterocyclic substances, aromatic acids along with general program. Republic phase of qualification round will be held in the Baku branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonov. Pupils will respond 20 cetinlesdirilmis close test and open type questions.    47th International Chemistry Olympiad where more than 300 pupils from 80 countries will participate, will be organized from july 20 to july 29 in the Baku. It should be noted that, International Chemistry Olympiad firstly was organized by participation of 5 countries in 1968 in Czechoslovakia (present Czech Republic). 46th olympiad held in 2013, was organized by participation of 300 pupils from 75 countries in the Hanai, Vietnam. Involvement of student volunteers in the organization of I European Games to be held from june 12 to june 28 in the Baku and other related issues have been discussed in the meeting. Stressing historical importance of I European Games to be organized in the Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov minister of education stated that, main part of successful organization of the games belong to the volunteers. Students have a special role related to this matter. Involvement of the student volunteers in organization of large-scale events in the different countries of world and coordinaton of this work play significant role. Representing public interests, this activity is useful for the students to develop their skills, obtain work experience, be acquainted with new people. Minister stated that, there is a tradition on involvement of the volunteers in the international events regularly organized in the Azerbaijan. To benefit this experience during I European Games, as well as coordination of voluntary activity are important issues. Leaders of higher educational institutions who made a speech in the meeting pointed that, there is a great interest to participation of the students in the I European Games as volunteer. Volunteer students will be trained and be divided into 3 groups conditionally according to participation time, duty functions and service places. The first group will take part in the opening ceremony on june 12 and closing ceremony on june 28. Usage of second group’s support is envisaged during European Games entirely from june 1 till june 30. The third group will join in the preparation works. Coordinating representative will be appointed in the educational institutions in order to ensure interaction with Operation Committee on Baku European Games (OCBEG) and coordination of this activity. It should be noted that, European Games is multi-sport event for the athletes from 49 countries that surround this continent and will be held first time in every four years. Azerbaijan is entitled to organize I European Games.
