Mikayil Jabbarov, the minister of education, Azad Ibrahimov, the minister of sport, Adalat Muradov, the rector of Azerbaijan State Economical University, took part in the event. First of all, the visitors were acquainted with Innovative Business-Incubator’s office. It should be noted that, main goal of Innovative Business-Incubator established within frameowork of “State Program of Azerbaijan Youth for 2011-2015”, is to involve the students and youth in business, develop student ownership. Also, issue on improvement of social protection of professor-teacher staff of Azerbaijan State Economical University within framework of Innovative Business-Incubator, is envisaged. They will be involved in compilation of business-oriented methodical means, conducting training and master classes, compilation of mentoring, consulting, business plans, cases and such kind of other issues. Main functions of incubator, is to realize teaching-methodical, material-technical, pshychological and financial support for the applicants to create their businesses through start up projects. Opening event with introduction speech, Adalat Muradov, the rector of Azerbaijan State Economical University welcomed event’s participants and expressed his assurance on future successfull perfomance of Innovative Busines- Incubator.  Mikayil Jabbarov, the minister of education pointed that, establishment of Innovative Business-Incubator under Azerbaijan State Economical University will be a good sample for implementation of other relevant projects. Students will be able to spend teir spare times efficiently by purpose to earn profit. Relations between the students and empoyers will be created, partnership relations will be realized ad they will obtain joint cooperation experience. At the same time, the students will obtain application skills on application of theoretical konwledges and will be formed as future owners. Telling his opinion on creation of SABAH groups and teaching programs applied in the universities, the minister also touched upon importance of establishment of universities’ technoparks in near perspective. Azad Rahimov, the minister of youth and sport stated that, Innovative Business-Incubator is very important for both providing of youth’ employment and starting to primary ownership activity. Today, our President Mr. Ilham Aliyev pays special attention to implementation of social projects. From this point of view, establishment of Innovative Business-Incubator that supports in practical development of youth, should be appreciated. Mirjavad Hasanov, director of Innovative Business-Incubator, informed about action directions of Innovative Business-Incubator established under Azerbaijan State Economical University for the first time within framework of “State Program on Azerbaijan Youth for 2011-2015”. Nearly 70 athlets took part in the contest jointly organized by The Ministry of Youth and Sport and Azerbaijan Federation on Table Tennis. Goal of contest is to determine the members of national teams to be participated in the European and world championship also increase of youth’ interest to table tennis.  “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center kept the 2 nd place, Baku Tennis School the 2 nd place, Sumgait branch of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center the 3 rd place among the man teams in the contest. Athlets of Sumgait branch of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center kept 3 rd place in women team contests. Athlets of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center also demonstrated successful performance in the individual contests. Farhad Ismailov, athlete of center was a winner of individual contests among men, other athlete Ramil Cafarov kept the 2 nd place. Contest’s winners have been presented cup, diploma and the prizes.

6 teams invited from different regions of Azerbaijan, Belarus and Russia Federation struggled in handball contest among the teens dedicated to the memory of honorary coach Vladimr Gladchenko. Handball team of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center that consist of the boys kept the 2 nd place, but girls the 3 rd place in the hard competition. The winners of international tournament, have been presented cup and the diplomas.

Team of 12 faculties took part within framework of project implemented by organization of Student Youth Organization of University. Each team was represented by 5 persons. Teams will research different-oriented industry spheres of Azerbaijan and compile wide presentation. Then, the students will present project related to settlement of the problems existing in researched spheres. At the end of four-phased project, the participants will be presented certificate and the prizes.

6 states were represented in the international tournament held by Ajaristan Football Federation among 12-13 aged teens in Batumi. Azerbaijan team- Football team of “Təhsil” Republic Sport Center that consist of the boys kept the 2 nd place in the international tournament where 12 teams took part in 8 days contest. According to the order, organizational committee has been established related to conducting of contest and regulation of this process. This process, is implemented according to the order “About allocation of the prizes on the best secondary school and the best teacher” of The President of Azerbaijan Republic. Main goal in organization of contest is to determine secondary schools differed with its quality indicators who obtained successful results on the sphere of training-education through application of innovative education programs, widely spread advanced experience of pedagogical staff at republic level, create real condition for amplification of strong competition for innavation among education institutions and actively draw attention of community, parents, philanthropists, business bodies in the issues regarding with development of the secondary schools. Secondary schools who want to take part in the contest, should have several higher indicators. For example, the conditions like higher admission percent of the graduates in higher education institutions for last 3 years, at the same time obtaining of high points by the graduates, graduates’  participation in the projects on application of modern training technologies also other development- oriented innovative education programs, keeping of relevant places by the pupils in olympiad, contest and competitions at republic and international level, full recruitment of secondary school with ubject teachers, high level of teacher-pupil rate, no infringment of education and labor legislation, safety and sanitary requirements, also putting forward of positive opinions about the secondary school in several inquiries, are dominated.  Directions on spending of the prizes to be presented to the secondary schools, are pointed in advance. These directions includes buying of laboratory, computer and sport equipment, enlargement of usage opportunities from information and communication technologies, presentation of the prizes to talented pupils and teachers differed in their works, compilation of development-oriented project and programs, buying of e-teaaching means, scientifical-methodical literature, organization of the business trips to the foreign countries for participation in innovative education programs. Main goal in conducting of contest “The best teacher”, is to detect potential of creative teacher functioning in the secondary education institutions of country, determine talented teachers differed with their successful results on the sphere of application of modern teaching technologies, create favourable condition for the teachers in order to demonstrate their pedagogical masterships, raise teacher’ s status and reputation in the community, achieve growing of teacher’ s role in implementation of eduction policy of state and deliver importance of stimulative actions in thr development of their professionalism level to the attention of wide community.         Teachers who want to take part in the contest, should have at least five pedagogical work experience, pass retraining courses, be participant of teaching trainings within framework of pilot and development-oriented projects, take part in relevant course organized in other countries by purpose to make exchange of opinion, also should teach in retraining actions, seminar and trainings, conduct the lessons, teacher’s pupils should achieve successful results in admission examinations in the universities on the specialty taught by him, keep relevant places at the final phase of subject olympiades, contest, exhibition and contests.   The Order of the minister of education of Azerbaijan Republic about conducting of the contests “The best teacher” and “The best secondary school” according to the results of 2013-2014 academic year.

Lecture organzied within framework of Erasmus Mundus EMINENCE (Integation in Neighbour Eastern Countries via Collaboration in Higher Education) project, was listened with interest. A. Sadigova conducted online seminars on teaching of Azerbaijan language for Caucasian’ students in this country. Detailed opinions about Azerbaijan alphabet have been listened on the subject of “Caucasian countries’ alphabet” and students’ questions have been responded. At the same time, by purpose to train specialized teahchers for russian sections for the first time, organization of the trainings on the specialty of primary education teacher, is planned in the retraining institutions It should be noted that, retraining education has been performed on primary education teacher, Azerbaijan language and literature, foreign lanuage, psychology and preschool education specialties. By purpose to ensure meeting of real demand for personnel, development of human potential more dynamically and rapidly, work on the sphere of making serious changes in the content, form, organization and final attesstation rules of personnel’ retraining education, is being performed now. Exchange of opinion has been made on the direction of development of education relations among our states within framework of visit and several issues that create mutual interest, have been looked through. First of all, the visitors visited the grave of national leader Heydar Aliyev, Shehids’ Avenue  and Turkish Martyrdom. Then delegation met Mikayil Jabbarov, the minister of education, Ceyhun Bayramov deputy minister of education and Nizami Jafarov, head of work group on Azerbaijan-Turkey interparliamnets relations in Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic. Making a speech in the event, Mikayil Jabbarov stressed special attention to the sphere of education at state level in Azerbaijan. “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic” approved by the order of our President actually proves importance given to this sphere. This document determines main challenges before our education, makes basis for the reforms under several important targets, opens the ways for development of institutional bases, infrastructure and human resources of education system. The minister stated that, modern economical development conception requires comprehensive perspective development of business world cooperation with education sphere. Taking into account, The Ministry of Education pays special attention to development of social cooperation of business world with the empoyers. Mikayil Jabbarov, remineded intensifiction of the issues on this sphere lately. Conducting of labor fairs for the graduates by participation of the owners in different higher education institutions, involvement of the owners in teaching in vocational institutions, increase of activity related to be trained in students’ ownership institutions, are visible parts of the issues performed by The Ministry of Education on the sphere of enlargement of the relations with business world.  Reminding Modern Azerbaijan Pfofessionalists” project, Mikayil Jabbarov stated that, the specialists who were trained in vocaional education institutions within frameowork of this project, are differed with compliance to the demand in labor market. More than 75 percent of such specialists, find job according to their pecialty. It points complaince of new teaching methods to empoyers’ expectations. The minister stated that, compliance of modern teaching to existing labor market, is directed on elimination of persennel shortcoming in all spheres, providing of ownerhip objects with high level local personnel. First of all, it’s necessary to enlarge the relations between the ownes and higher education institutions and vocational education institutions in order to achieve the successes on this sphere. Owners directly order teaching institutions personnel on which quality they want, also directs on formation according to relevant requirements. At the same time, support of the owners in involvement of the students in internship, has special importance. Training of competitive specialists who are able to compete with foreign specialists that are appropriate to world labor market, depends on level of modern practical knowledges.   The minister recommended the owners not to forget issue on training of personnel reserve while determing stategical targets of business. Support of students’ innovative ideas, organization of special scholarship are the greatest contribution given to training of future pragmatic-minded specialists. Mikayil Jabbarov stressed his assurance on support of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederation in project of establishment of business-incubators in higher education institutions. Mammad Musayev, the president of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederation, talked about condiiton of ownership in Azerbaijan and Memorondum signed between the ministry and mentioned body. Mammad Musayev stressed importance of creation of personnel reserve owing to talented youth and stated that he is ready to collaborate on this direction. Memorondum implies joint activity in further development of the relations between The Ministry of Education and the owners, creation of social relations with the owners functionng in private sector, training of the personnel who appropriated ne technologies in condition of rapid development of economy. According to agreement among the parties, the reprsentative of The Ministry of Education was also included in the structure of education and vocational education commissions of Owners (Employers) Organizations National Confederations.
