• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

By purpose to learn experience of Azerbaijan related to organization of “Scientists of tomorrow” contest, meeting with the representatives of The Ministry of Education of Moldova, The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia also “Intel” corporation held in the Ministry of Education.

Huseyn Aliyev, counselor of education minister stated that, “Scientists of tomorrow” contest is organized for 4 years in Azerbaijan. Organization process of contest is improved year by year, it increases number of the pupils who want to be engaged in the researches. Growing number of the pupils who join in the contest is visual proof for it. Although 149 pupils appealed to join in the contest held in 2013, number of registered pupils reached to 480 persons in this year’s contest.
Tatyana Nanayeva, manager of “Intel” corporation that is one of organizators of “Scientists of tomorrow” reminded that, this contest is organized within framework of Intel  ISEF- International Scientific and Engineering Exhibition by participation of the pupils of more than 70 countries in the USA. Stressing significance of Azerbaijan’s experience related to organization of contest, Tatyana Nanayeva recommended other countries that want to join in the exhibiton to benefit this experience.   
Tinatin Bochorishvili, representaitve of The Mnistry of Education and Science of Georgia, Prisakaru Abgela, representative of The Ministry of Education of Moldova pointed that, “Scientists of tomorrow” contest has been held at higher level in the Baku. Stressing their great preference to the cooperation with Azerbaijan in the organization of such contests in their countries, generally they stated that, they are interested in the implementation of joint projects on the sphere of education.
It should be pointed that, opening ceremony of “Scientists of tomorrow” contest held on february 12 in the Baku. 204 pupils with 106 scientific projects took part in the contest lasted for 3 days. 39 of them are individual, 67 are collective. Along with Baku city, pupils of the secondary schools of different regions of our country presented the projects to the contest. Winners of the contest jointly organized by The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, Heydar Aliyev Center, The Republic Committee of Azerbaijan Educational Workers Free Trade Union and Intel ISEF, will take part in the ISEF- International Science and Engineering Exhibition.
