Another success of Azerbaijani schoolchildren
Azerbaijani schoolchildren have achieved yet another success at recent online international Olympiads in mathematics and physics.
Thus, at the Asian-Pacific Mathematics Olympiad (APMO), which was attended by 337 students from 38 countries, Abbas Mammadov, a student of the Republican Lyceum on Physics, Mathematics and Informatics under the Ministry of Education, won a silver medal, Murad Aghazade, a student of the same lyceum, and Vugar Guliyev, a student of secondary school No. 1 in Malibayli village of Shusha won bronze medals.
Ayhan Suleymanzade, a student of the Baku Turkish Lyceum, won a silver medal at the online physics Olympiad organized by Russia, which was attended by over 450 students, and Tamerlan Agayev, a student of the Republican Lyceum on Physics, Mathematics and Informatics, won a silver medal. Students of Sumgayit city Natural Sciences oriented gymnasium Murad Bashirov and Siraj Yakhyazade won bronze medals.
