Teams that consist of the boys who study at VIII grade of the secondary schools located in the Baku, will join in the contest to be lasted from february 20 to march 18. Goal in the organization of championship is to fulfill the obligations derived from “State Program on development of football for 200-2015 years in the Azerbaijan Republic”, involve the juniors in the strong life style, increase sport mastery of the pupils and promote mini football. Contest will be conducted by the referees selected by AFFA under 3 phases. 1st phase will surround intraregional contests. The contests will be organized on subgroups in the 2nd phase. Winners of subgroups will compete in the last phase. Participation of the parents in the lessons and seminars held separately for both of girls and boys, is ensured. Up to 3000 ppuils of 6-7th grade of more than 50 schools and up to 300 parents took part in the lesson and seminars from the beginning of year till today. School pschologists and medical staff of educational institutions joined in the lessons. Lessons and seminars are taught by the teachers who are trained within framework of “Teaching of reproductive health” program that is joint project of The Ministry of Education, Public Health and Reforms Center of The Ministry of Health, “Hopeful future” Youth Organization. Training course on the bases of teaching and agitation of reproductive health issues, have been conducted for 60 teachers in the Baku, 25 teachers in the Sumgait within framework of this program. Goal of program is to grow young generation strongly, protect them from harmful habits, also enlarge enlightenment issues related to strong life style and reproductive health among child and juniors for creation of strong family in the future. Skills and abilities on reproductive health allow the pupis comply with santary-hygienic rules, stay away from any kind of harmful habits.

Participants were awarded to the certificates at the end of 3 days training conducted in the secondary school no.138 located in the Khatai district, Baku.  This project implemented by The Ministry of Education, “British Council” and “Sport for development” Public Union under sponsorship of Bakcell company, is aimed to improve active teaching methodology for application of subject curriculum on physical education, compilation of active training method to be applied in all secondary schools of country, at the same time incease of awareness on strong food and active life style. 23 physical education teachers of the secondary schools no. 220, 138 and 269 of capital took part in the training conducted by the specialists from The Great Britain. Vivienne Holt, british trainer who made a speech in the awarding ceremony of the certificates to the trainees stated that, TOPs is pedagogical method that incorporates funny, safe, incusive teaching of sport exercises and physical education lessons. Veli Musayev, representative of “Sport for development” Public Union stressed that, project will make a great benefit in the obtaining of succesfull results on this sphere and improvement of quality of physical education lessons in the V-IX grades. Taking into account creation of favourable condition that ensures development of pupls’ motion skills through physical education lessons, application of pedagogical technologies directed on protection of their physical-pschological health during their study, differential approach and individuality principles in the education process, is considered as main condition. It should be noted that, “Open lesson” of trained physical education teachers, will be conducted. Usage of video clips prepared from “Open lesson”, is envisaged as lesson sample.

More than 30 media representatives take part in the visit organized to Agjabady, Agdam and Tartar regions together with The Ministry of Education. First meeting has been held in the secondary school no.1 named after Etibar Ismayilov, The National Hero in the Hindarkh settlement of Agjabady region within framework of mediatour. Media representatives took part in the several lessons held in the school. Pupils were widely informed about Khojali genocide as well as munitions used in the battles in the conscription training of youth. It was stated that, Hindarkh settlement is located at the distance of 15 miles. 729 pupils study at the secondary school no.1 named after Etibar Ismayilov. 14 graduates of school obtained name of student last year. Then, mediatour participants visited secondary school named after Ziyaddin Isgandarov in the Chamanli village of Agdam region. Visitors watched youth’ conscription training and Mathemaics lessons in the education institution, met teacher, puiil and village habitants. Media representatives will visit secondary school named after Ayaz Abbasov in the Garadgli village of Agdam region, school named after F.Hamidov in the village of Gapanli of Tartar region and watch pupils’ conscription training lesson in the military unit “N” in the region visually on february 20. It should be noted that, according to the order of state leader “About several safety actios in the frontline between The Military Forces of Azerbaijan Republic and The Military Forces of Armenian Republic”, goal of visit is to create opportunity for mass media in the protection of information safety and correct awareness of community. Official documents, order sheets, booklet and posters about organization of championship, have been distributed to physical education teachers, video clips have been demonstrated in the seminar where representatives of The Ministry of Education and Azerbaijan Football Federations Association (AFFA) took part. At the same time, teachers have been informed about the venues of the contests, organization of the games and managemet rules in the seminar. Interesting issues like educational reforms implemented in the Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, performance of exchange of experience between two countries on this sphere, development of mutual cooperation among higher educational institutions, increase of students’ number from Turkmenistan who study in the Azerbaijan and others, have been discussed during meeting. It was stated that, now 238 students from Turkmenistan are studying at the higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan. Oil-gas engineering and civil engineering have special places through specialty directions mostly interested by them. Mikayil Jabbarov, miniser of education proposed to benefit Azerbaijan experience within framework of integration of Turkmenstan to Bologny process and stated that, The Ministry of Education is ready to make relevant support on this direction.

Discussion on the topic of enlargement of cooperation between two countries on the sphere of higher education, has been conducted during business trip of Mikayil Jabbarov, education minister of Azerbaijan Republic to Paris on november, 2014. As a continuaton of process, main goal of “The Day of Azerbaijan” event to be held on february 27 in the Paris, is to develop bilateral relations among higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan and France, evaluate the opportunities on implementation of joint programs and exchange of student and teacher. Participation of Azerbaijan’ s several higher educational institutions at level of high officials, is envisaged within staff of delegation to be guided by Firudin Gurbanov, deputy of education minister in the event. Up to 20 France higher educational institutions will make the presentations about jont projects that reflect interest for Azerbaijan higher education system. At the same time, citizens of the countries included in the European Union, will be presented opportunities to study at Azerbaijan universities within framework of event.

Within the framework of the project, in the lyceum named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva, the training course on "Reproductive health education in the education institutions" organized for 22 teachers teaching biology and life skills in lyceums and gymnasiums of Republican subordination continued three days. The teachers who successfully completed training were awarded with certificate "Trainer for trainers". In the award ceremony, Vasif Mammadov, deputy director of the department of organization of the extracurricular activity, Rufat Aliyev, head of the sector on work with pilot projects, Nabil Seyidov, department head of the Center for Public Health and Reforms of the Ministry of Health and other guests informed the participants about success and prospects of the projects.
