On January 24, Press Representatives Visited Baku Vocational School #5 by Organization of the Ministry of Education.
During the visit the press representatives saw the condition provided to educational unit, workshops, studios and classrooms. The participating representatives of 5 TV channels, 7 news agencies and 2 newspapers prepared TV reports and plots and interviewed the teachers and pupils. Press representatives have been provided with the information regarding learning and teaching condition, educational staff and learners of educational establishment.
Noted that the Baku Vocational School #5 has been re-constructed and given to use in 2012 by initiative and support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Wide logistics base has been provided in the school, the only first vocational special educational institution in the Caucasus preparing skilled people for broadcasting media.
Learners are prepared towards 8 professions (video operator, film – editor, sound technician, light technician, decorator, costume-designer, make-up specialist, computer training and service technician) meeting modern requirements at the vocational school where 300 pupils study. Production classes are held at workshops and studios supplied with advanced equipment, as well as sound recording, film-editor, decorator, make-up, costume designer rooms. Not accidentally that graduators of the Baku Vocational School #5 are successfully operate in television, film and theatre fields.
