On September 27 an entire family in Naftalan city of Azerbaijan perished as a result of indiscriminate shelling by the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia.
On September 27 an entire family in Naftalan city of Azerbaijan perished as a result of indiscriminate shelling by the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia. Two of the family members were schoolchildren - Shahriyar Gurbanov, born in 2007 and Fidan Gurbanova, born in 2006, attended the Gashalti Garagoyunlu secondary school.
Since yesterday, the occupying armed forces of the Republic of Armenia have deliberately targeted our citizens and civilian infrastructure in violation of the norms and principles of international law as well as the 1949 Geneva Conventions.
We are deeply saddened by the events and express sincere condelences for the loss of lives of our compatriots.
We wish our Army every success in their historic mission to liberate our lands!
