Bilateral meetings of the delegation led by the Minister of Science and Education continue as part of the visit to Paris
On 26 March, a delegation led by Emin Amrullaev, Minister of Science and Education, met with Stefania Giannini, UNESCO Assistant Director-General for Education, as part of UNESCO's Global Ministerial Dialogue on Science Diplomacy.
During the meeting, cooperation between Azerbaijan and UNESCO within the framework of UNESCO's global initiative 'Green Education Partnership' to raise awareness on climate change was discussed.
The Minister of Science and Education raised the issue of measuring students' climate literacy within the framework of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), at the initiative of Azerbaijan, and exchanged views on the forthcoming work in this direction.
At the same time, possibilities for expanding the scope of pre-school education were considered.
