New school was put into operation in Lerik
The opening ceremony of Anbu village secondary school was held in Lerik region.
The event was attended by officials of the Ministry of Education and the Executive Power of Lerik region, as well as schoolchildren and representatives of rural community.
At the opening ceremony it was noted that the construction of this educational institution for 180 pupils began in September 2014. The school, built on the basis of a common standard by the Ministry of Education, consists of 12 classrooms, 2 laboratories, a computer room, an assembly hall and a gym. Fire water tanks and drinking water tanks, also boiler house were established on the territory of school. The schoolyard was improved and landscaped.
In his speech, Aydin Ahmadov, Head of Preschool and General Education Department of the Ministry of Education, underlined that new schools were built and old school buildings were renovated in all regions of the country. The department chief said that all new schools were built in accordance with the requirements of modern education system.
