In the period of admission of e-applications, which lasted 10 days, the applications of 1308 persons (40%) from 3283 people, who applied, were received. 1245 (95%) of them applied for the Azerbaijani sector, 63 (5%) of them for the Russian sector. The majority (68%) of persons, whose applications were accepted, are primary school (21%), Azerbaijani language and literature (15%), Mathematics (12%), history (11%) and English (9%) teachers. The persons not working in general education system, not working as a teacher in secondary schools or working as a teacher on fixed term contract basis, also the persons intended for application of incentive measures at the current workplace are among the people whose applications were canceled. The candidates, whose electronic applications were received, should take part in the test examination held at the 2nd academic building (address: Baku, Hasan Aliyev street 135, near the "Ganjlik" metro station, Azerbaijan Teachers Institute) of Azerbaijan State Economic University on June 16, 2015. The interviews will be held at the same address on June 17, 2015 for teachers who won the right to change the workplace by taking part in the examination. It is possible to become familiar with the necessary legislative documents, the instruction for answering test questions, the test samples and interview program by entering the website www.miq.edu.az. Upon the completion of replacement of teachers, the acceptance of electronic application for the recruitment of teachers on the specified vacancies will be held on July 1-15, 2015.

The main goal of the contest is to stimulate writing the literary works, instilling spiritual wealth, patriotism, national and universal values, emotional and cognitive skills in young schoolchildren and contributing to the development of their artistic taste, by taking into account the age psychology. The works submitted to the contest must be prepared as a collection. The number and the total amount of works to be included in collections should be as follows: • A collection of prose works - 15 works (1.5-2 printed pages); • A collection of poetry works - 20 works (1-1.5 printed pages); • A collection of drama works - 5 works (2-2.5 printed pages). The collections presented to the contest should be sent to the Ministry of Education within one month starting from June 1, 2015 together with the printed 3 copies and the electronic version written to disk (in PDF format). It is not allowed to include authors` works, published so far, in the collections. The works in the collections will be reviewed by expert groups and if 12 of prose works, 15 of poetry works and 3 of drama works have been evaluated positively, these collections will be admitted to the competition. The first, second, and third place winners will be awarded 5000, 3000 and 1500 manat respectively in the competition. The collections admitted to the competition will be sent to general education institutions, renowned educators, advanced teachers in an electronic version in order to assess them in accordance with the prize places and will be placed on the website of the Ministry of Education in order to determine public opinion. A total of 50 pupils from the Physics, mathematics and information science lyceum and the Republican lyceum with chemistry and biology bias (25 people from each of them) were involved in the camp. The camp was organized in order to create favorable conditions for pupils, completed the academic year with excellent marks, to spend their summer holiday effectively. During this time, in addition to the entertainment and participation in a variety of sports games, children were informed about interesting topics - team building, leadership, presentation skills, public speaking, ecology and other fields. In addition, pupils have made various rockets, robots in 8 lessons on STEM organized by "Engineering for Kids" company and have become direct participants of their practical application, as well as have demonstrated their worldview in intellectual games such as "Debate", "Hamsa", "Brain Ring", "The Da Vinci Code". As a continuation of the theme of ecology, pupils organized subbotniks on the territory of school and made bird-nests and hung them from trees in the area. The regular survey carried out among children, the opinions of parents who had come to visit their children and the final evaluation give reason to say that the organization of the camp gives positive results. As a continuation of the successful pilot project, it is planned to organize the summer camp for other pupils in the future.

The camp, attended by more than 30 pupils from Gakh and Sheki regions, was organized in Ilisu village of Gakh region on June 10-12. The main goal of the summer camp is to enlighten the younger generation, living in areas considered for reintroduction of gazelles, about this species. The camp participants were informed in detail about the lifestyle of gazelles, the areas inhabited by them and their role in nature. Children also took part in various small ecological studies, quizzes and competitions. It should be noted that the "Reintroduction of gazelles to their historical habitat areas in Caucasus" program has been successfully carried out since 2010 within the framework of joint cooperation with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, IDEA Public Union and the representative office of the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) in Azerbaijan. Over the years, more than 150 heads of gazelles have been reintroduced from Shirvan National Park to their historical habitat areas. The permanent monitoring and protection of gazelles are being implemented in these areas.

Our team won the bronze medal of the European Games. It should be noted that the artistic gymnastics competitions, held at the National Gymnastics Arena, were attended by 180 gymnasts representing 37 countries. The rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, trampoline gymnastics competitions will be launched on June 17. These competitions will be attended by 4 athletes of the Specialized Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Gymnastics School of the Ministry of Education.

5612 volunteers, participated in the opening ceremony of the first European Games, will also attend the closing ceremony. 12,247 operating volunteers are supporting other events related to the European Games. SABAH volunteers have been actively participating in the Volunteer Movement since March of this year. The existing experience gives reason to say that regardless of citizenship, necessary measures are being taken to ensure the safety of all participants in the international events held in Azerbaijan. For this reason, during the period when the athletes representing Armenia are participating in the Baku 2015 First European Games in a fully secure environment, the statement of Minister of Education and Science of Armenia is surprising and regrettable. As it is known, the Regulations for the 47th International Chemistry Olympiad don`t intend to provide specific security guarantees for the participating countries. This rule is applied to the International Chemistry Olympiad to be held in Baku with the organizational support of Baku branch of the Moscow State University on July 20-29 of this year. It is the right of any country to choose to participate or withdraw from participation in each international competition. It is not the first time that Armenian official circles give way to abuses on the issue of participating in various competitions. The attempts to politicize this competition, which was attended by students, are regrettable. The Republic of Azerbaijan completely fulfills all obligations for the implementation of the 47th International Chemistry Olympiad.

So, Haji Aliyev, a graduate of Absheron region Children's and Youth Sports School, overcame Valodia Frangulyan, the Armenian wrestler, in the first meeting by a score of 7-0 and won the right to continue his participation. Haji Aliyev also won the next meeting. Our athlete, competing in 61 kg weight class, gained a victory over Mikola Balotnyuk, the Slovakian athlete, with a high score of 11:0 and reached the semi-final. Continuing its activity in this direction, "Ask me" Project, implemented in partnership with the Administration of State Historical and Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher” and SABAH groups of the Ministry of Education, is carried out with the aim of responding to questions of foreign visitors, who have come to our country, about Icherisheher, orientating the visitors and providing the visitors with detailed information about the city's infrastructure and the history of ancient monuments located in Baku. The project is attended by volunteers consisting of students of SABAH groups of 4 higher education institutions (Baku State University, Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Azerbaijan State Economic University and Azerbaijan University of Languages) in Baku. The volunteers, who were given intensive training by the Administration of State Historical and Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher” for a period of one month, are wearing T-shirts with the words “Ask me” and are operating at pre-defined points in Icherisheher (the Old City). Friendly volunteers are answering the questions from tourists approaching the operating circles, are informing them about the ancient historical monuments and public catering facilities located in Icherisheher and are orientating them. The volunteers, demonstrating an individual approach to every tourist, are showing them the famous hospitality of Azerbaijanis, are giving them information about the country during the conversation and are accompanying the guests to place where they want to go. It is planned that the volunteers consisting of the students of SABAH groups, supporting the Baku 2015 First European Games and promoting its importance and benefit to the development of students, will continue to operate in Icherisheher (the Old City) until the end of the European Games. In the end, the project participants will be awarded with a certificate by the Ministry of Education and with a message of thanks by the Administration of State Historical and Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher”. It should be noted that the volunteers consisting of students studying at SABAH groups have begun operating in support of the Baku 2015 First European Games by the Administration of State Historical and Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher” since April 2015. The "SABAH`s password" intellectual team game was organized with the participation of 100 volunteers studying at SABAH groups of 7  higher education institutions in Baku in order to support the European Games and the event entitled “SABAH Fest” was held with the participation of more than 300 students. "SABAH Volunteer" Program operates in order to enhance social activity of students of SABAH groups, to put the acquired knowledge into practice, as well as to develop management skills and leadership potential of students without leaving the academic training and by involving students in voluntary activity. Currently, SABAH groups cover 755 students in 34 specialties in 7 higher education institutions.

During the meeting, the funds, obtained from the exhibition and sale of handicrafts made by students of boarding school, were presented to the staff of the care home. The event was attended by officials of the Ministry of Education and the mass media representatives. The participants of the meeting were informed that the "Our large family" charitable-sales exhibition of the integration trained boarding school No.11 was held at "Jumeirah Bilgah Beach" hotel in May. In the charitable-sales exhibition, attended by government officials, members of the Milli Mejlis, entrepreneurs and education experts, a total of 5000 manat was received from the sale of handicrafts made by students of boarding school. After the speeches, the funds, obtained from the charitable-sales exhibition, were presented to the leadership of the care home for disabled war and labor veterans. These funds will be spent in organizing a summer rest for elderly people, who are residents of a care home for disabled war and labor veterans. The event was continued around the tea table with the participation of residents of a care home for disabled war and labor veterans, children with limited health conditions of boarding school and the mass media representatives.
