Performing of continuous medical-hygienic gender, physical-pedagogical monitorings among 10000 pupils and compilation of reports under the phases by support of “Coca-Cola” company on separate age groups in different school, are envisaged within framework of “Strong education-strong nation” project.   Legislative documents that have exceptional importance, are compiled by the specialists with initiative of The Ministry of Education under present investigations according to health of the pupils. The same legislative documents surround material-technical base of secondary schools, the furnitures, classroom design, facilities, accessories, illumination of the rooms, as well as single standards regading with foodstuffs. These are decisive steps made on the direction of protection of pupils’ health. Before the start of the project, current situation has been leanred in the republic, advanced education experience of world, has been investigated from children’ health point of view. Works performed in USA, European Union, Japan, Finland, Russia and Ukraine, ahve been investigated. 35 years experience of Vladimr Bazarniy, head of Russian Association for Children's Health, attracted special attention and this scientist has been invited to our contry. Seminars have been organized for the directors of Baku’s secondary schools, psychologists and medical staff, teahcers for physical culture and “Strong education grade” by National Educational Technologies Center on september of current year. 15 “Strong education grade” hav been established in 6 secondary schools of Baku and Sumgait cities and they started their action from new academic year within framework of project. Goal of “Strong education-strong nation” project, is to eliminate motion limitation and other factors derived teaching condition, protect their health along heighten teaching achievements of the pupils. Eventually, all these points serves to education of strong Azerbaijan citizen.

On occasion of “National Music Day”, pupils of boarding school will watch 2 performances everyday in this campaign which lasts till september 20 and organized traditionally every year. Together with the pupils of special boarding school No. 12 foor disabled persons, boardding schools No. 1 and 2 for children who deprived from parent’ care, boarding school with integrated teachign No. 11 and Family-based small group pupils No. 1 take part in this event as well. September 18, has been celebrating as “Uzeir music day” since 1995 by initiative of national leader Heydar Aliyev in our country. Works performed on the direction of promotion of our musical treasure since the same period, yields its result. Actions performed by Heydar Aliyev differed from its scale on this sphere. Incorporation of 100 years jubilee of “Arshin mal alan” operetta of U. Hajibayli, famous Azerbaijan composer in “Jubilee program of famous people and significant events” for 2012-2013 of UNESCO, is real example.

30 teams who represent 15 regions of our country, take part in the contests broadcasted via “AzTV” TV channel. Reminding organization of the second qualification game of 4 th season, announcer DJ Fateh, expressed his gratitude to Heydar Aliyev Fund, The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Youth and Sport, also the sponsors deu to their support. The second qualification game of september, started betwenn “Kapital bank” and “Caucasian University” teams. “Kapital bank” won the game with a score of 5-4. The second qualification game took place between “Orion” and “Romantik” teams ended with victory of the first team.     “Kapital bank” and “Orion” teams struggled for championship in the next two finals. As score is equal in 2 games, the third-decisive game was organized. “Kapital bank” obtained right to play in the final game of september.   Games will be lasted till the end of the year and names of the winners of “Cup of knowledge” organized by The Ministry of Education in 15 th game. Champions of september, october and november months, will take part in the same game. Winner of “Cup of knowledge” will be awarded to e-book reader by The Ministry of Education. At the same time, winner teams will be awarded to the tablets and plastic card with 3 000 Azn account.

Ceyhun Bayramov, deputy minister of education of Azerbaijan Republic, Choi Suk, extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Korea Republic and representatives of “SK Telekom” company of Korea Republic took part in the event. Teaching room established in the secondary school No. 23 of Baku, has been equipped with 30 tablets, 1 projector, 1 desktop server and 1 notebook. Teachers who teach in “Wise teaching room”, have been trained under model “1 pupil: 1 computer” by “Microsoft Azerbaijan” company. “Microsoft Azerbaijan” provided presented facilities with relevant programs within framework of project. In this regard, english language digital textbook and e-content, have been compiled as sample fpr the pupils of 6 th grade under electronic version presented by The Ministry of Education. Greeting the visitors Yuliya Karimova, director of school stated that, establihsment of new teaching room is important event in the life of educational establishment. Then, speech was given to Ceyhun Bayramova, deputy minister of education. Greeting event’s participants, deputy minister expressed his gratitude to “SK Telekom” company and Sungshin University who realize project on behalf of The Ministry of Education. Ceyhun Bayramov stated that, creation of education system which has infrastructure based on modern technologies by purpose to heighten quality of education, has vital importance. As informed that, as a result of investigation of The Ministry of Education performed in Ganja branch of Azerbaijan Teachers Institute, serious faults have been determined in submission and storage of education documents, financial discipline, organization of teaching, gross violation of the requirements of legislative acts that regulate action of the universities, also the diploms of writen in the name of the persons whose name weren’t pointed in magazine and order books, have been detected. Because of several mentioned violations, Ramiz Mammadov, director of Ganja branch of Azerbaijan Teachers Institute, has been discharged from his post by relevant order of minister of education and taking into account mass character of detected violations, materials collected by purpose to give legal vlaue, have been sent to General Prosecutor’s Office.   Action of Ganja branch of Azerbaijan Teachers Institute ended according to the changes made in Decree No. 349 dated june 13, 2000 of The President of Azerbaijan Republic “About development of education system in Azerbaijan Republic” by the Decree No. 284 of 11.09.2014 of The President of Azerbaijan Republic. Work Commission has been establsihed by The Ministry of Education by purpose to perform invesigation of the opportunities on recruitment of teachers, transfer of the students who study in the branch in other higher educational establishments and other organizational works. All students have been placed in other higher educational establishments selected by them voluntarily and they will start their lesson soon. Actions for recruitment of teacher and other personnel, are continued.

V International contest of young vocalists by name Yelena Obraztsova, prominent opera singer in St. Petersburg and Chamber Music International Contest dedicated to memory of spanish vocal master Konchita Badia, have been held on august 25-30, 2014. Chinara Azimova and Sona Isgandarli, pupils of secondary music school by name Bulbul represented Azerbaijan in this prestigious contest where 147 youth vocalists from 11 countries took part. Khuan Pons (Spain), Beatris Parra (Ecuador), Bruno Praktika (Italy), Migel Lerin (Spain), Makvala Kasrashvili (Russia), Galina Pisarenko (Russia), Ruzanna Lisisian (Russia), have been invited to jury of contest. Azerbaijan performers achieved great success in the contest. So, Azimova Chinara pupil of VII grade, winner of International contests, has been awarded to the name of winner and she kept II place by decision of jury. Isgandarli Sona, pupil of VIII grade winner of International contests, has been awarded to the name of contest’s diplomat. Performance of Azimova Chinara attracted great attention of audience in final cencert and awarding ceremony of the winners held in Great hall of St. Petersburg Academic Philharmonic named after D. Shostakovich on september 1. Teacher of both of two vocalists Irada Khalilova, candidate of Art Criticism.

Game broadcasted via “AzTV” and organized in “Baku Crystal Hall”, determined the third finalist of september.     First game of the third qualification game took place between “Shaki” and “Agdash” teams. Agdash team won the game with score 5:1 against his opponent.  “Nakhchivan” and “Siyazan” teams competed in the second game. Teams who started game unsuccessfuly, have been removed from game because of both teams couldn’t respond several questions. Chance game has been held by participation of the players of different teams in order to determine opponent of “Agdash” in final games. “Parabellum” team was a winner of chance game.  “Agdash” team won the game with socre 5:1 against first opponent, also 5:4 in the second final game and was allowed take part in final mach of september. Thus, as a result of 3 games held within framework of brain-ring contests for “Cup of knowledge”, 3 teams to be played in final game of september, had already been determined. These are “Norm cement” winner of the first game, “Kapital bank” winner of the second game and “Agdash” winner of the third game. Contest where 30 teams of 15 regions of our country take part, is supported by Heydar Aliyev Fund, The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Youth and Sport, also the sponsors. Games will last till the end of year and winners of “Cup of knowledge” organized by The Ministry of Education, will be identified in 15 th game. First meeting of Academic Council of Azerbaijan State Economic University for 2014/2015 academic year.  Adalat Muradov, professor, rector of university stated that, Azerbaijan State Economic University keeps 1 st place among 7 base universities in SABAH groups established initially in our country. Pointing fact on selection of Azerbaijan State Economic University by the students who appealed SABAH groups, rector added that it’s future of higher education. Therefore, Azerbaijan State Economic University differently approached to the audiences where SABAH youth will study. Rector stated that, we created the same model in “SABAH”. Condition created for SABAH will be applied to all university. Works performed by purose to increase staff potential in Azerbaijan State Economic University, have been talked in Academic Council. It was stated that, 309 person applied to commission “Recruitment and replacement of employees” of univrsity. 75 of them, have been appointed in higher post, 20 applicants who studied in abroad, have been recruited. It was stated that, wages of Azerbaijan State Economic University’ collaborators, have been increased to 15 % since october 1. As financial base of university grows, the wages will be increased. In the case of retirement of 10 senior-lecturers aged 75-80 under voluntary principle, their annual wages will be presented them on the same day.         Council’ s membrs also discussed study fee debt collected in the amount of 275 000 Azn of 74 students of Special Talents faculty. It was decised that, this debt should be paid on the account of Azerbaijan State Economic University. It was proposed to change name of general economy faculty with economy and industry faculty. Proposal was voted and adopted.  “Discipline rules of the students inside of university” has been adopted together with “Discipline rules of the employees inside of university” given to discussion of the students and university’ collaborators from june in the meeting. These rules came to force since september 22. Issues like development of work with the citizens, compilation of staff schedule of university till the end of year, have been discussed in Academic Council.
