  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Seminar for directors of 106 schools, has been held within framework of project “Strong education- strong nation” in education complex No. 132-134 by organization of The Ministry of Education.

Rufat Aliyev, Department’s Head of The Ministry of Education, Shamil Suleymanli, Head of National Educational Technologies Center and academician Valadimir Philipovich Bazarniy, active member of Russia Creative Pedagogical Academy who makes consulting service during trial period of project, head of “Russia Union for Health of Children” public movement, made presentation of “Strong education grade” project.
Project “Strong education-strong nation” compiled within framework of “State Strategy on Development of Study”, was implemented since previous year. Organization of durable medical-hygienic gender, psychological- pedagogical monitorings among 10 000 pupils on separate age groups in different schools and compilation of the reports under the phases, are envisaged within framework of project. Experts submitetd primary details after completion of monitoring among 2500 pupils during past period.
The Ministry of Education compiles legislative documents under “Strong education” means on basis of investigations. Related buildings, furnitures, class design, equipment, facilities and textbooks, will be learned by medical-hygienic, gender, psychological -pedagogical expertise group established under National Educational Technological Center and gradually improved according to the requirements. Therby, we will achieve less damage of educational technologies to pupils’ health. 
12 “Strong Education” grades have been established in the schools of our country within framework of project and hey will function from new academic year. Number of “Strong Education” grades will be increased as monitoring works continue among the pupils.
Compilation of “Strong Education” schools projects, is envisaged soon. New schools, will be constructed according to the requiremets of “Strong Education” after compilation of the projects.
