Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and New Year holiday festival held for disabled children by organization of The Ministry of Education on december 25 in the Republic special boarding school no. 6 named after E. Mirzayev.

Representatives of The Ministry of Education and more than 30 media outlets took part in the event.

Literary-artistic composition prepared by school’s pupils, has been demonstrated in the festival. Perfromances of chorus and dance groups of the pupils attracted interest.

Pupils of boarding school have been prizes by The Ministry of Education and Heydar Aliyev Fund.

Media representatives and visitors looked at subject rooms, workshops, also were closely acquainted with teaching and domestic condition created for the pupils. Samples made from pupils’ hand works drew special interest.

Visitors had a dinner with the pupils. It was informed that, by purpose to perform international and local standards, sanitary-hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements from previous teaching year in the boarding schools under The Ministry of Education, management of feeding from common center started.

Bu purpose to improve training’s quality, new teaching programs have been compiled on I-IV grades, new textbook and “Logopedic album” have been published for dosabled children in a younger age groups, curriculum trainings have been conducted for pedagogical staff.

Building of school started its function in 1979 has been overhauled by Heydar Aliyev Fund and commisioned for new academic year. New school equipments, inventory, facilities and laboratories, school uniform, clothing items and textbooks for subject rooms have been provided by The Ministry of Education and Heydar Aliyev Fund. Now. 173 children who have speech disroder are educated at the school. Children’s education and discipline are provided by pedagogical staff that consist of 96 persons.
