  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

“Leadership and management” training that is joint project of The Ministry of Education, “Allianz Consult” LLC and “GIZ” Germany International Cooperation Society started in Baku.

The goal of traininng, is to educate the directors who appropriated modern management knowledge and ability for primary vocational education institution, who are familiar with information technologies, who can contribute in social and education development of country and imrpove their skills.
Firudin Gurbanov,deputy minister of education who made a speech in the event held on the occasion of commencement of “Leadership and management” training, informed about the reforms implemented of the sphere of social-economic in Azerbaijan. Reminding special importance given to non-oil sector, stated that role of vocational education is very important in the development of this sphere. F. Gurbanov pointed that, there is a great place to vocational education in “State Stragety on Development of Education in the Azerbaijan Republic”. The deputy minister stressed his hope for contribution of this training in the development of vocational education.
Henning Tvesten, the representative of “GIZ” Germany International Cooperation Society to our country, Anar Mammadov, the expert of “Allianz Consult” LLC informed about training in detailed. The participants of “Leadership and management” training conducted for prmary vocational education institutions and personel who have intention to function at this post, have ben determined through contest by The Ministry of Education, “Allianz Consult” LLC and GIZ” Germany International Cooperation Society. The trainings will surround primary vocational education institutions functioning in Baku forinitial phase. The trainings will be managed by two groups that consist of 1 international expert and 1 local expert. The participants will take part in the examination organized by The Ministry of Education after the trainings that will last for 3 months. “The certificate of success” will be presented to the persons who obtain satisfactory result in the examinations. The certain motivations will be applied for increase of efficiency in the works of the persons functioning as an director of primary vocational education institution and who obtained “The certificate of success”. Now, the persons who don’t work as an director, will be recorded as reserve to be appointed in the vacant positions on the posts of director.
