  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

The seminar was held at the school-lyceum “Ankara mektebi” on October 30.

The goal of the instructional seminar - “Strategic Planning and preparation of strategic plans for the district (city) education departments” held according to the execution plan of sub-component “Education management improvement system, development and application of regulatory rules on the teacher’s specialty” within the Second Education Sector Development Project and strategic plan of the Education Ministry for 2010-2012 years is to improve the strategic planning mechanism and management system within the use of the new accountability system. 66 officials from the Baku city Education Department, Sumgait city Education Department, Ganja city Education Department, other educational departments of cities (districts) and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic took part in the seminar. 
F. Gadirov, director of Strategic Analysis, Planning and Personnel Management Department, V. Abdulrahimov and N. Aliyev, Senior Consultants of the department, V. Asgarov, director of the planning and financial sector of the Economic Department, E, Rustamov, director of Second Education Sector Development Project Coordination Group, and R. Isayeva, coordinator of Center for Modern Education and Educational Assistance made a speech at the seminar. 
There have been given information to participants about the goal of strategic planning, as well as the establishment of Working Group and attraction to this process concerned parties. Moreover, were held discussions in this direction and have been answered to questions of participants.
Furthermore, seminar’s participants received relevant documents (Strategic plan of the Education Ministry for the 2010-2012, as well as the presentation - “Strategic Planning and preparation of strategic plans for the district (city) education departments” and the frame of the strategic plan for district (city) educational departments.
At the end, participants were instructed to present the first draught of strategic plans for 2011-2012 years to the Strategic analysis, planning and personnel management department of the Ministry until 30 November, 2010.
