Emin Amrullayev meets with students enrolled in the State Program studying in the United Kingdom
A delegation led by the Minister of Science and Education, Emin Amrullayev, is on a working visit to London to participate in the World Education Forum.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held with Azerbaijani students studying in the United Kingdom under the 2022–2028 state program. Elin Suleymanov, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom, also attended the meeting.
During the meeting, participants exchanged views on the prospects of the state program, the contribution of international educational experience to the development of human capital, and the role of graduates in the country’s scientific, educational, and innovation ecosystems.
Minister Emin Amrullayev noted that the knowledge and skills acquired by Azerbaijani youth studying abroad are of great importance for the country’s further development. The minister inquired about the students’ academic activities, their plans for the future, and the challenges they face, and encouraged them to be proactive in pursuing their academic and professional development.
During the meeting, which took place in an atmosphere of open discussion, the students’ questions were answered, their opinions and suggestions were heard, and there was an exchange of views on career opportunities and employment in Azerbaijan after graduation.
