Our universities included in the “QS 2026” global ranking were awarded
On October 3, an award ceremony was held for Azerbaijani universities included in the “QS 2026” global ranking.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Science and Education Hasan Hasanli, Director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education Ulkar Sattarova, the management team of our leading universities and the regional director of the QS agency Sergey Khristolyubov.
It should be noted that for the first time, 9 universities from Azerbaijan were included in the “QS 2026” global ranking, which was announced in June of this year. This indicator has increased 3 times compared to last year. At the same time, the number of universities from Azerbaijan included in the mentioned ranking is 3 times more than the total number of universities from other South Caucasus countries included in this ranking.
