Agreements between Azerbaijan and Türkiye in the field of education have been signed in Garabakh
On 23 September, a delegation led by Yusuf Tekin, Minister of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye, paid an official visit to Garabakh University. During the visit, the minister familiarized himself with the educational process and modern infrastructure of the university.
During the visit, a bilateral meeting was held between Azerbaijan's Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev and Türkiye's Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin. During the meeting, two protocols were signed aimed at expanding cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Türkiye: ‘Additional Protocol to the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye dated 31 October 2017’ and ‘Additional Protocol to the Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Vocational Education between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye dated 19 February 2021’.
The signing of these documents will create a solid foundation for the further development of joint projects in the field of education between the two brotherly countries.
