Emin Amrullayev meets with the Minister of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China
A bilateral meeting took place between the Minister of Science and Education, Emin Amrullaev, and the Minister of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, Yin Hejun, within the framework of the 2nd ‘One Belt, One Road’ conference on exchange in the field of science and technology, held in Chengdu, China.
The current state of, and prospects for the further development of, bilateral cooperation in the field of science between the two countries were discussed during the meeting.
Within the framework of the meeting, a Letter of Intent on joint implementation of the Cooperation Program on Artificial Intelligence between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and a Letter of Intent on joint implementation of the Special Program on Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China were signed to promote mutual co-operation in science, technology and artificial intelligence.
