Minister of Science and Education meets with founder of Istanbul Okan University
On 7 February, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev met with the founder of Istanbul Okan University, Mr. Bekir Okan, and member of the Board, former Turkish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan, Mr. Hulusi Kılıç.
During the meeting, the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of science and higher education were discussed.
