Our schoolchildren won 1 silver and 3 bronze medals at the 56th International Olympiad in Chemistry
The Azerbaijani schoolchildren successfully performed at the 56th International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO 2024) held in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, July 21-30.
Our team of 4 students won 1 silver and 3 bronze medals at the international competition, which was attended by 297 students from 84 countries.
At the mentioned Olympiad, Sattar Sharifzadeh, a student of the 11th grade of Baku Turkish Lyceum of “Dayanat” Turkish Foundation, received a silver medal, Murad Khalilzadeh and Umid Mustafazadeh, students of the 10th grade of Baku Republican Lyceum with chemical-biological bias, and Nihad Hajizadeh, a student of the 11th grade of Baku Turkish Lyceum of “Dayanat” Turkish Foundation, received a bronze medal.
