"Famous teachers of Garabakh" – Mehdi Mehdizadeh

The next person of the project of the Ministry of Education "Famous Teachers of Garabakh" is Mehdi Mehdizadeh. He was born in 1903 in Dashkasan village of Jabrayil region. In 1926, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute (now the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University) and for some time worked as a teacher of physics and mathematics in the city of Qaryagin (Fizuli).

Mehdi Mehdizadeh  has an important role in the development of our education and science. Academician Mehdi Mehdizadeh has created a real school in the field of education management. That school, founded by a great pedagogue, has not lost its significance today.

İt is worth mentioning that the "Famous Teachers of Karabakh" project provides information about famous people born in Karabakh and formerly engaged in pedagogical activities. The aim of the project is to commemorate the famous teachers of Karabakh these days when we are happy with the news of the victory of the triumphal Azerbaijani Army.
