Letter of Appreciation from the Deputy Secretary-General of UNESCO

UNESCO Deputy Secretary-General for Education Stefania Giannini addressed a letter of thanks to Vafa Yagublu, the Head of the Department of Content, Training, Evaluation in General and Preschool Education of the Ministry of Science and Education for her fruitful work in the international expert group. A letter was sent to the Head of the Department for her fruitful work in the international expert group set up to revise the 1974 UNESCO Recommendation concerning Education for International Understanding, Co-operation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

It should be noted that the International Expert Group is composed of experts with more than 15 years' experience in the field of education, who are involved in the preparation of relevant legal documents. The 1974 Recommendation Document concerning Education for International Understanding, Co-operation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, revised and prepared by an expert group, is scheduled to be adopted at the 43^rd session of the UNESCO General Conference in 2023.
