Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

The awards ceremony of the winners of Creative Arts Festival devoted to the 87th birthday anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev among students, was held by the organization of the Ministry of Education and Independent Trade Union of Education Workers of the Azerbaijan on May 17.

The Deputy Minister of Education, Elmar Gasimov noted that the Creative Arts Festival has been held for the third year, and thanked the Education Minister, Misir Mardanov and chairman of Free Trade Union Committee of Education Workers of Azerbaijan, Sattar Mehbaliyev for organizing this important event. He noted that paying special attention to the national spiritual values in Azerbaijan creates a suitable condition for the comprehensive formation of youth and revealing their talent. Having underlined the matchless role of the ideas of national leader Heydar Aliyev on the conservation, development and broad dissemination of the cultural heritage of Azerbaijan, Elmar Gasimov noted that the festival aims to educate students in the spirit of national patriotism, respect for cultural, artistic and national traditions.

Afterwards, were handed over diplomas, certificates of honor and souvenirs to the winners of the festival and their teachers.

People’ Artists Tarana Muradova and Yalchin Rzazade noted with pleasure about the talent of youth and advised to them use this opportunity adequately.

Students thanked all organizers of the festival and noted that it was a pleasure to take part in such a high-level event.
