Our strategic partnership with “Microsoft” is expanding
On May 18, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Hasan Hasanli met with Jonathan Woodward, Sales Director for Commercial Solutions at Microsoft.
During the meeting, issues of strengthening the digital education ecosystem in Azerbaijan, implementing “Microsoft”| solutions in general and higher education institutions, and expanding cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence within the framework of the "Digital School" initiative were discussed.
It was noted that this year, the “Microsoft Copilot” artificial intelligence solution was rolled out on the “Digital School” platform for 40,000 teachers, while access to Microsoft products was expanded for general and higher education institutions.
During the meeting, participants exchanged views on the application of artificial intelligence in education, the development of teachers’ skills in this area, and the use of cloud technologies in science and research.
