Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education meets with State Programme scholarship recipients in London
As part of his visit to the UK, Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Education, met with the State Program scholarships recipients at the Azerbaijani Embassy in London.
Elin Suleymanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, was also present at the meeting.
During the meeting, the Minister emphasized the continuous state support for science and education in Azerbaijan and updated the students on ongoing reforms and innovations implemented in recent years. He particularly highlighted the advanced educational opportunities created at Garabagh University.
Emin Amrullayev also noted that the State Program on Education Abroad has been extended until 2028, with a significant increase in the number of participating students.
Responding to students’ questions, the Minister encouraged them to return to their homeland after completing their studies and contribute to the development of science and higher education in Azerbaijan.
