Quba Summer School for school principals wraps up
The Summer School organized by the Ministry of Education in partnership with the Institute for Professional Development of Education Workers for school principals has ended.
Held from September 5 to 11, the Summer School involved school principals recruited in the last two years. It featured different courses, workshops and lectures on self introduction, communication skills, team building, conflicts at school and their resolution, building school atmosphere, competency-based learning, social projects at school, evaluation of teachers` activities, school paperwork and accounting, and school fellowship project management.
The Summer School also featured discussions and trainings on a range of topics involving experts.
As part of the Summer School its participants visited Quba Genocide Memorial Complex.
The participants of the Summer School received certificates.
