  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Fourth participant of championship on november month of brain-ring contest for “The Cup of knowledge” organized by The Ministry of Education was declared.

Fourth qualification game on november, has been held under special rule unlike the previous games. So, although previous qualification games consisted of two qualification and two final game and was held among team, the fourth qualification game has been organized under “team who losses contest leave the game” principle in the present game. Teams have been selected among the 16 teams who had less participation in the contest organized since september 7.
Other difference of game was continuation of the games among the teams till obtaining of 3 points by one of them.
The game started with meeting between “Kafkas University” and “Mardakan” teams. Although winner “Kafkaz University” defeated “Sheki” then “Siyazan” team, but lost “Khizi” team.
 “Khizi” team invited “Gabala” team for competition and won the game with the score of 3:2. The 6 th game was held between “Khizi” and “Lankaran” teams. Lenkaran team won the game (3:0).
The next game held between “Lankaran” and “Baku State University” teams ended with victory of the last one.
 “Baku State University” competed with “National Aviation Academy” and lost with the score of 2:3 in the 8 th game.
 “National Aviation Academy” met “Azerbaijan” teams in the 8 th game.
The last game was held between “Azerbaijan” and “Orion” teams. “Azerbaijan” team who won the game with the score of 4:1, obtained right to take part in the championship of november month. This team will compete with “Baku Higher Oil School”, “Sumgait” and “NUR” teams.
