Art exhibition of Fine Arts Gymnasium’s teachers, has been held on november 19 in Museum-Exhibition Complex of State Academy of Arts.
The artists who are engaged in creativity on the sphere of descriptive, decorative- applied, design, sculpture, carpet- making, artistic ceramics, theatre- decoraton and etc, demonstrated their different types of works in the exhibition. Nearly 50 compositions have been demonstrated on lanscape, portrait, still life, artistic ceramics, carpet-making and other type and genres.
The goal of exhibition is to raise joint creativity wish and motivation through description literacy in the future artists participating of teachers in the face of independent artist before their students, at the same time build creative bridge between the teachers and sudents.
It should be noted that, Fine Art College (former School of Arts named A. Azimzade) under Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts, is education institution which has 90 years historical tradition. The school of arts which plays important role in the creation and formation of modern Azerbaijan fine and decorative arts, always played the role of “mother school” for Azerbaijan artists.
Most of prominent Azerbaijan artists were graduate of this school and then taught arts’ secrets to young generation in the person of artist-teacher. This tradition allowed development of Azerbaijan’s fine arts, education of talented artists and achievement of the successes.
