  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

“Baku Movie Festival” started by the organization of The National Academy of Sciences, support of The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Communication and Higher Technologies, Baku City Executive Power in “Academic campus”.

Making a speech in the opening ceremony of scientifical festival organized for the first time in our country, Akif Alizada, the president of The National Academy of Sciences, pointed that this scientifical training to be lasted for 2 days will keep significant place in agitation of scientifical achievements. Academy’s leader informed about scienc’s development and the priorities.
Ali Abbasov, minister of communication and higher technologies stressed that, science is a great and very important sphere. According to his speech, today there is a great need for scientifical development of private sector, private sector looks forward for higher competent and talented personnel from science institutions.
Delivering the greetings of Mikayil Jabbarov, minister of education to event’s participants, Firudin Gurbanov deputy minster of education evaluated organization of Baku Science Festival in “The year of industry” as significant event. He pointed that, core misison of festival is to agitate modern scientifical knowledges, involve the youth in scientifical action, increase the interests to the studies, create dialogue between science and community.
Stressing vital importance of the technologies in our life in modern time, the deputy minister pointed rapid growing of demand for the persons who have higher intellect.  Firudni Gurbanov stated that, education system actvely participates in amplification of science’s personnel potential. The education system is core circle in creation of both of production and science sphere’ potential. 
Generally, 8 scientifical excursion have been organized to Azerbaijan history, Archeology and Etnography museums on the directions incorporated in the program on the first day of festival to be lasted for 2 days. Also, The events have been organized in the several structures of The National Academy of Sciences, as well as higher education institutions, the secondary schools no. 6, 23 and 132-134 of the capital within framework of festival’s program. The demonstration of the exhibits that consist of the invents of our country’s scientists, interesting discussions and entertaining science shows, are envisaged on the second day of festival.
