  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Event dedicated to the opening of Olympic Center on Informatics, has been held in physics- mathematics and information science lyceum.

Directors of several secondary schools and lyceums functioning in Baku, also the pupils, parents, at the same time Fuad Garayev, senior consultant of sector on work with Pilot projects of The Ministry of Education, Ramin Mahmudzada, head of jury of olympiad on Informatics, Zohrab Majid Gulam, consultant of Information supply sector of issues department of The Cabinet of Ministers, took part in the event.
Tariyel Talibov, director of lyceum opened event with introduction speech and welcomed the visitors.
Then Ramin Mahmudzada gave detailed information on the works to be done in Olympic Center. Explaining main goal of center as preparation mechanism of the pupils for the olympiades, Ramin Mahmudzada stated that olympiad’ s participants will be trained on 3 levels:
1. Persons who are trained for the olympiades for the first time; persons who firstly learn programming;
2. Persons who have experience to write program and able to settle informatics issues;
3. Persons who have high skills on writing of software and able to settle olympiad type issues.
Fuad Garayev, senior consultant of sector on work with Pilot projects of The Ministry of Education, special attention has been allocated to selection and development of talented pupils. F. Garayev stated that, first organized organization of Olympic Centre on Informatics firstly give hope on steady character of olympic preparation. By this purpose, center additionally will be equipped with Information Communication Technologies.
Informing about the works performed till today in the lyceum, lyceum teachers Nazim Suleymanov and Valid Maharramov expressed their assurances on assignment of the works of Olympic Center at higher level. V. Maharramov told function of “Algorithm” circle and representation of circle’ members Azerbaijan in the international olympiades. Official website (www.alqoritm.ucoz.org) of circle is functioning, magazine by name “Algorithm” is published.
Farid Ahmadov, lyceum’s graduate, former olympiad’s participant who represented Azerbaijan in the South Korea, USA and Greece, graduate of Zigen University of Germany told that programming is very important in modern time.
