  • Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

Education is the future of the nation!

Dear teachers! I congratulate you on occasion of october 5- International Day of Teachers, wish you strong health, long life.

As our great leader stated that, teacher is human who prepared us to life and brings us to present days. If we look at our life way, regardless of age, post, position we see that, we are obliged for our teachers together with our parents. We moved toward the targets through way pointed by our teachers. This is a mission.
Wisdoms stated that, teacher is not human who teaches us but human we learn. We had a great teachers in the past: Uzeir Hajibayov, Firudin Kocharli, Mehdi Mehdizada, Mir Jalal, Abbas Zamanov and other tens of teachers who continue this honorable list. They were in the past, are now, will be in future. 
One of main columns of new education philosophy of Azerbaijan, was created on teacher personality. Increase of public reputation of teacher occupation, his higher material and moral motivation, involvement of talented youth in pedagogical education- these are most important factors for realization of educational reforms in our country.  
Our state always evaluated name and labor of teacher. Appreciation of labor of our teachers awarded by order of President recently and awarding of them to higher names, reclett this opinion again.
Also, 300 students who obtained 500 and more points in admission examinations in pedagogical specialties of the universities of our country, have been awarded to monthly scholarship of The Ministry of Education. We again congratulate all our teachers, as well as newly awarded and our future teachers who were awarded to monthly scholarship.
P.S. We learned to write, learn, think from our teachers. We remembered our past with our teachers, shared our today with them. But greatest misison of the teachers are connected with future. How to say, future is the composition of the teahcers.
